During a routine maintenance call, Garrett diagnosed the fan needed replacing and returned later to replace it. A week later, the fan was not working properly so Jeff was sent out to find the reason. Not able to determine the reason, Dan, the owner of the came out and finally solved the mystery. A three-pronged example of perseverance. What a great company!!!

AC conked out the day we moved in. Nelson had been servicing the previous owner so I gave them a call. It was in the middle of 100 degree spell so I figured they'd be booked out for days.
