This company is AMAZING! Not only do they show up when they say they are (which is not always the case) but they were extremely fair with the pricing and completed the job quickly. I had a part of my fence redone and they did an amazing job. Very professional and would absolutely recommend them!

Excellent company from start to finish! Chuck (owner) was very communicative and easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. He helped offer recommendations for design, materials and timing. Our job was a full demo and rebuild. They completed the entire thing in 6 days! His team was fast, friendly and precise. Highly recommend and we will be giving them a call when we replace our fence!

The initial interaction did not go well, and the statement is provided below - I think it is important that it remains. However, I immediately received a call from the company owner, along with an apology and assurance that that behavior is not indicative of the company. Later that day, the owner sent another representative, his daughter, to the home, and we discussed the incident. She was phenomenal. The experience was night and day from the rep who originally came. Their attempt towards rectifying the situation more than made up for the original issue, and I look forward to possibly working with them in the future.

Original issue:
The technician arrived late to the scheduled appointment, calling eight minutes after the agreed time. Upon arrival, his vehicle was parked parallel to a work van, which could make passage difficult. When my neighbor asked him to move his truck to allow traffic to pass more easily, the technician was dismissive and repeatedly said it was street parking. He insisted the area was “street parking." He made a passive-aggressive remark three times, asking me to read the posted sign that restricted parking on a specific day. I explained that the neighbor's concern was that parking across from the van prevented access for larger vehicles, including school buses and delivery trucks, which was immediately validated when a UPS vehicle was forced to stop because it could not pass. Although the technician reluctantly moved his vehicle, the interaction demonstrated a lack of professionalism, disregard for safety and access, and disrespect toward both my neighbor and me. Based on this behavior, I chose not to proceed with his services.

Cannot say enough about this company. First class service, competitive pricing, excellent communication and level setting and most importantly - excellent work and craftsmanship. We have seen their work more and more around town and decided to try them out.
