It was finally time to get my 25-year-old AC in my Manassas home replaced, so I called a few places to get some estimates, and Jerry from Service First was one of the people to come out. He was very thorough and did a great job going over my options. He really listened to what I was looking for. His estimate was very reasonable, and he and Eric came out a few days later to do the job. I couldn't have been more impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and their effort (replacing a full AC system is no small job!). By mid-afternoon that day I had a sweet new 2 ton Bryant AC/heat pump, and after a couple of weeks and some mid-90s weather I'm loving my new AC system. My experience with Service First was great.
