I reached out to Johnny Timbers for an estimate to trim a huge tree in our backyard as well as a tree on the side of the house that was touching. Tommy called me and set up a site visit to go over what I needed.
Tommy showed up and we discussed what I needed. He went over that he would trim and balance the oak tree in my backyard as well as remove bigger deadwood as well as trim the cedar on the side of the house.
When this wonderful Virginia weather finally cooperated with everyone, Tommy and his crew showed up and did exactly what was discussed. The yard was cleaned of all debris that came from the tree!!
I definitely will be using Johnny Timbers in the future! I highly recommend them. Professional, knowledgeable and respond to requests in a timely manner!

Johnny Timbers Tree Service is outstanding. The estimate was easy to obtain from John Hall, the owner. The cost was reasonable. The lead-time between estimate and doing the work was very short. (I obtained three estimates, and Johnny Timbers offered the best combination of cost and availability to do the work.) The three-man crew (Tommy, Jamie, and Ricky) arrived slightly early (in other words, on time -- no waiting around). We discussed a path to remove the limbs and trees without hurting my lawn, and they suggested a path that completely avoided my lawn. The crew worked steadily and efficiently. They addressed all of the areas in the estimate and completed the work within the originally estimated time. Tommy, Jamie, and Ricky were friendly, communicative with me, and respectful of the trees and the property. They left the property in absolutely immaculate condition. This is one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had, and I am 75 years old. I highly, highly recommend Johnny Timbers and Tommy, Jamie, and Ricky.

Great work and service!

I used the services of Johnny Timbers a few weeks ago. His crew had to take down two very large pine trees, and a dead second trunk on my cherry tree in my small backyard. From the moment his team headed by Bubby came on to my property to the moment they left they treated me, and my property, with great respect. I have a privacy fence that was within 6 feet of the trees. Not one branch fell on my fence, and one of the crew even dug up my flowers and put them on my patio so that they would not get damaged. I was trouched by their thoughtfulness. I've never seen such a well oiled machine as those three men working together. I can't say enough good things about them all. Very professional,very, very conscientious, and cleaned up everything with no damage whatsoever! I give Johhny Timbers an A+++ for service, price, and proferssionalism. Thank you so much!

Based on my experience, I do not consider this company to be trustworthy. Please be cautious of bait and switch if dealing with it.

I don’t know anything about their service as a tree company however I have seen their vehicles on the road multiple times and they are reckless drivers. Jumping 2 lanes of traffic to jam on their brakes, get off an exit in heavy traffic, cutting off others as well as texting and driving. Not sure if this is always the same guy but The name on the white pick up helped identify the company.

Had several dead branches over hanging our roof and a leaning oak tree. The Johnny timbers crew removed all of the branches and the leaning tree and also cabled another tree. The price was very reasonable for what was done and they did an excellent clean-up.
