Responded quickly on a weekend to make an onsite appointment for Monday. I am very pleased being able to know that my dishwasher needs to be replaced rather than expensively repaired. Serviceman was friendly and efficient. I will definitely call them again if I have another appliance problem to sort out.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute nightmare.
When I called to speak to them about their broken appliances, the person answering promised a manager would call me back. An hour went by with no call. When I tried calling back from my own phone, my number was blocked. I had to call from my wife’s phone for the call to go through. Even when I confronted them about how unprofessional it was to block my number, promise a manager call, and then act clueless, they hung up on me. Now, when I try calling back, they don’t even answer. If this is how they operate in the office, it’s no wonder the technicians they send out can’t communicate or understand anything.
For two months now, our dishwasher hasn’t drained. I’m not a technician, but I tried troubleshooting — even disconnected the hose line — and nothing worked. Every time we wash dishes, water backs up into the dishwasher and just sits there. The technician they sent couldn’t understand a word I was saying, stayed silent the whole time, and didn’t try to explain anything. He just pointed at random things and left without fixing anything.
The washer was even worse. When it started making loud noises, I unplugged it and opened the front panel to see what was going on. Inside, I found a heavy black piece broken, with the screws snapped off. How is that “misuse”? It’s a clear mechanical failure. But instead of fixing it, the technician ignored what I explained, did nothing, and then we were told we “misused” or “neglected” the appliance. That is insulting.
This company sends out people who can’t communicate, don’t listen, stay silent, and have no interest in resolving anything. They waste your time, leave you with broken appliances, and then blame the customer. Completely unprofessional, unqualified, and a total waste of money.
Do yourself a favor: stay far away. They will frustrate you, leave your appliances broken, and try to make it your fault.
