I've worked with Black Diamond Exterior Solutions on three occasions thus far. Once for holiday lighting installation and removal, and twice for rooftop antenna installation. Bogdan and his crew are great for routine work of course, but what really stands out to me is their intelligence, creativity, and flexibility on non-standard jobs. They develop good solutions, communicate well, and perform their work efficiently.

I will certainly do business with Black Diamond Exterior Solutions again should the need arise.

They did an excellent job on my gutters and windows. They were available to work much sooner than the company I’ve worked with in the past. Scheduling was quick and easy. They were pricier than what I’ve used in the past, but overall did a better job.

Bogdan and his crew explained everything and sprayed the solution that kills the moss and other stuff as well. I was told Once it starts raining it will start coming down from the peak and other areas. Great crew and very professional and considerate, nice people. I can't say enough great things about Bogdan. He really helped me out in a pinch and took care of my windows inside and out, pressure washing and my roof with little notice during peak season. His work is impeccable. Communication was excellent and he always showed up exactly when he said he would.

He has all the right equipment to do the job professionally. This is not someone that shows up with a pressure washer from Home Depot in the back of his truck...he has the most epic power washing rig I have ever seen!

To begin with Bogdon was always polite, informative, and helpful when dealing with him from quote to completion. His team was on time and efficient. He was slightly priced hire than another vendor, however the professional appearance he conveyed onsite when he came buy to survey for the quote is what sold it for me.

I am considering using them for my personal residence.

They came and installed Christmas lights on a very steep roof of our 2 story farmhouse with their own commercial lights. They put them up, set them to a timer so we dont have to do anything, and when the season ends they will take them down. They were the nicest guys ever, and will happily hire them for next year also!

I’d recommend Black Diamond for all your gutter issues. Since mine weren’t as bad as I thought they were they were able to clean them quickly and I felt the price was very reasonable considering what my friends paid from other companies. I’d call them again if I need anything. Thank you for showing up on time and finishing quickly.

These guys were great. We needed the exterior of our house and windows cleaned for the purpose of selling the house. Bogdan was a pleasure to speak with on the phone ahead of time and they showed up on time for the service. Bogdan and his team did a great job cleaning our exterior windows and gutters. We’ll know for sure when the winter season arrives and our gutters are needed. My only disappointment was they didn’t spray off their dirty footprints from the front porch. The windows are beautiful!
