Avoid having tanks done by them, they use expired Manus bond and Sika flex than pass it as up to date. The tank division is a joke and full of lies. Joke of a company and the typical "christian" liars.I know because the project managers made me do it.

Going through something with a lot of work is always stressful. I unfortunately hired the wrong person at first. I was so stressed out. When I confronted them regarding their poor workmanship, they said they would fix it. But they decided to abandon the job all together. I was very stressed, and I contacted Danny with MD-1 Concrete. He came out the same day and assured me that he would correct the work and even work within my budget. I've seen his work before and I felt so thankful.
He started the next day, and I could see immediately how professional he was with every aspect of the job. He was constantly checking with me to see if I wanted certain things done one way or another. His attention to detail was incredible as well. I hired him to correct these 2 planters in the backyard as well as putting in a sidewalk along the side of my house. He had told me that there was an air conditioning drain pipe coming out the side of my home and he ran a new pipe under the the new cement so that the water would not be constantly draining on the sidewalk. He also ran an additional inlet pipe from my sprinkler valves under the cement to the other side, just in case in the future I should have some sort of problem. I had also asked him after he finished with the small planter about tapping in a new sprinkler head into the planter. He said absolutely and only charged me for the additional supplies needed. Like $25. In additional he mentioned to me that he would place the sprinkler head on the house side facing outward so the water would not get the home wet. So kind and respectful throughout the entire project. Always cleaning up at the end of everyday. I am without a doubt using them for future projects as my budget allows. I am a senior and I have hired several contractors throughout my life, but I have never seen such a group of people that seem to give the care and quality of work that this group did. It’s like they were making it for their own home. I highly recommend them!!!

One last comment, with almost every aspect of life today there is so much dishonesty and deception. MD-1 Concrete is one company that you can trust with everything they say. They are a breath of fresh air!

They did an amazing job! I will use them again for regular maintenance and will recommend them to all my friends.

Daniel & the others were highly professional and very eager to be sure I was happy with a great job done! Excellent communication throughout the work and creating my walkway, building a gate, and laying stepping stones.

Daniel and Edy we're some of the hardest working contractors I've worked with. They completed a concrete cutting project in our basement in a single day, including hauling out the blocks and leaving the site super clean. Looking forward to the next project with them.

Edi and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and always showed up when they said they would. Their work was really nice, fast and efficient. They truly they went above and beyond. I also had them do some extra projects while here and they were very eager and helpful with those as well. I referred them to another family member who's in need of landscaping projects. I'm looking forward to having them out again next Spring/Summer as I have an idea for another project.

Danny provided outstanding guidance through planning and construction of our new concrete steps and RV pad. From planning to execution was less than 10 days. Highly recommend MD-1 Concrete LLC.

Daniel came and gave me a free estimate, he was a lot lower on price than other companies. He did a phenomenal job and was done fast. He did a great job. I recommend him.

Daniel and Edy at MD-1 did an amazing job forming and pour stem walls for my workshop as well as excavated and laid out our foundation drainage system. They were professional, fast, affordable, and above all else extremely friendly. I can’t wait to finish the workshop so I can have them back to pour the floor and driveway!

Danny and his crew just finished building a gravel pathway through my garden. It looks beautiful. His pricing was reasonable and he was completely open to all my questions and concerns before and during the project.

I was really nervous about deciding on a concrete company because I was scared I wouldn’t like their work. It’s kind of a big commitment. This company was very thorough, helpful & I love how it turned out. Just how I wanted it. I highly recommend. I also got quotes from many companies & this one was the best & very quality results.

Bogdan is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He answered every text, phone call and email in a very timely manner. He started the job on time! He finished the job in the time he estimated. I will absolutely use his again and recommend him to my friends.

Bogdan and his crew remodeled our bathroom and did immaculate tile work and walked us through every detail of the process. They were extremely professional and courteous and were a pleasure to work with. 10/10 all around, would highly recommend!

I hired RR for a bathroom remodel (combining two into one), new shower, and some new flooring to replace old linoleum.

I'll first say that I tend to be a bit difficult client for this kind of project since I'm indecisive and hover more than I should. I extremely appreciate Bogdan and his crew handling that with patience, flexibility, and grace.

Going into my remodel I only had about half of what I wanted figured out and I leaned on Bogdan's experience and expertise to fill in the gaps. He was very collaborative throughout which is exactly the kind of service I needed.

The project changed in a scope a little bit as we encountered issues from the house's construction (or me being underfoot or changing my mind on things) and RR still completed it fully to my satisfaction with regards to timeframe and cost.

Now I've got myself a brand new tile shower and a spacious bathroom. Overall, Bogdan and his team were true professionals and have an attention to detail that is extremely hard to find.

Can't wait to have them back for my next project.

Bogdan and his crew were excellent and worked hard. Our project was remodeling and updating the Primary Bath and it looks fantastic. They even managed to solve an unexpected problem and expand the project. We love the new bathroom!! Highly recommend..A++ work

I can't say enough about this company! Incredible work. As an example. The portico they restored had some intricate detail work that would be a challenge to replicate. I told them not to worry about it because as much as I loved the look I knew it would be difficult. Bogdan proceeded to design and cut his own wood molding that perfectly replicated the original! All at no extra cost. When one if the banister spindles needed to be welded in order to restore the look, I said we would pay for a replacement even though it wouldn't match perfectly, but instead he welded the original good as new. Excellent communication, time management, and quality. Their team was cheerful, careful, polite, and diligent. I'm so impressed and will never go anywhere else.
