Recently we had a raccoon break in and destroy our crawl space and Terry helped restore all of our insulation and the ruined air ducts, while also going above and beyond every step of the way. It feels so great now knowing everything is completely new and all of our interior ducts were sanitized and cleaned thoroughly by him. Especially since we have family members with asthma. I have always been thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail. I usually call him to clean out our second story dryer vent for preventative maintenance. He was also very skilled in this situation with the crawl space and knew how to handle the process of restoring it completely. I will always call Magic- Clean for my HVAC cleaning needs as Ive seen how he does a very detailed and complete job with the customer in mind. It's hard to find companies that still care about the customer but I know he goes above and beyond for us and will call him next time we need service!
Today we had our ducts cleaned. The owner showed up on time and got right to work. Terry explained every process and showed me each step. Very clean, no trace of him left behind. The invoice was exactly as quoted. Also had him sanitize and clean our dryer vent. Very happy with it all. The ducts are clean! He even had some really useful tips and tricks. We will be using his company for any future needs with our ducts.

I called earlier in the afternoon, he was there just two hours later and did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent! Before this we had months and months and having to run dryer cycles 2 or 3 times to get even socks and underwear dry. First thing we tried after he left was a load of towels and they were perfectly dry 10 minutes before the cycle was even done! Would definitely recommend this guy and will definitely be coming to him for any services we need in the future.

Terry and crew are amazing! We just bought a 5 yr old house, that was disgustingly dirty from previous owner, who had also allowed pets to use house as their potty area. No maintenance or actual cleaning had been done. The urine smell was so bad, we had to rip up all flooring. The vents/ducts were so filthy that we couldn't turn the heat on as their was what appeared ro be some sort of biological material in at least one vent. I was desperate for something to be clean in this house. I reached out to Terry- found him online and read reviews. Hoping that they were half as good as I read. They were better than the reviews! He was able to come out after getting off of another job that went over. He stayed late making sure that our ducts were cleaned and sanitized. He repaired a couple ducts that needed repair, explained the process and maintenance . So very professional and courteous. My newly purchased home disgusted me, but after they were done I was able to breathe in clean air and look at the house in a new light. That there was hope! Hire this company.
