Awsome service by Optimal! Steve arrived on time and was very efficient.

With the hot summer days ahead, I just wanted to share an awesome experience I had with one of our local HVAC businesses! We had an emergency outage on our AC and with four kiddos, it wasn’t an option to wait for weeks or even days to have a technician come out and take a look. I posted something on my neighborhood Facebook page and was told to reach out to Shawn at Optimal Optimal HVAC LLC. If it wasn’t for another emergency call, he would’ve been out here almost immediately, but he came over first thing this morning and fixed my issue. He was fairly priced and had amazing customer service! He was very knowledgeable about the issue and gave me some good recommendations going forward in order to keep the health of our air conditioning unit up to par. His wife is the one who does all the scheduling and billing and business side of things, and she was so nice and helpful! I can’t say enough about this company. I highly recommend you give them a call for any HVAC needs or for scheduling your yearly maintenance check!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had gotten quotes from other companies for a new air conditioning installation, and I expected a similar experience: not a ton of information, one number, and a slightly impersonal encounter where I gave the information and the person receiving it gave me a number like a calculator. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company arrived at my home, asked me what was important to me (immediate cost? efficiency? longevity? long-term energy savings?), walked me through items to consider ("when evaluating the quotes you receive, make sure to clarify who pays for the electrical work" or "decide ahead of time if you want to install a new thermostat to go with your new A/C"), and even offered to vacuum some of the dust that was knocked loose when he took a look at my existing equipment. Nobody else treated me so well, even in the quote phase.

We were able to choose what we wanted from multiple quotes based on what I'd told him was important to us, and when the time came for the installation everyone was so respectful and considerate. They laid down drop cloths, made sure to let me know when people would arrive, and answered all my questions. When they left, they'd done such a good job cleaning up after themselves that you'd never have guessed we just had work done - it looked so neat and clean that it seemed as though the AC had always been there. There was no dirt or debris, and our AC has worked perfectly since day one.

They also were the most straightforward with their bid and financing terms. This was the only company that gave me an all-in-one quote and included in that quote what was expected of me depending on how I would be paying - what was due at day of service, how to set up financing if desired, and what my total payments would be if I financed vs paid out of pocket. It was so easy to understand what to expect for my budget. I felt so secure in their process, work, and reliability.

I intend to work with Optimal HVAC for all my HVAC needs from now on. I can't recommend them highly enough!

For the next day, the tech came out To do the pressure test and repairs; and from beginning to end, they were very communicative, kept me updated on the progress, and we’re very friendly & Professional with their service! I highly recommend this company for heating and air-conditioning needs!

Entire Team was Phenomenal! On time and respectful. Took the time to really check my furnace and ensure it was in working order. Installed my AC and even went above and beyond!

Excellent service overall. I was lucky to get on their schedule the following day to get my AC fixed. Shawn was running a little behind on schedule due to demand, which I totally understand, but he kept me in the loop. Their pricing for part and diagnostic are also very fair.

Derek came to our home and he immediately found our trouble with our HVAC that two other companies could not. With Derek’s expertise, he saved us over $4,000 in repairs. Another company quoted us $6,500 in additional repairs after already paying them $1,400 that didn’t solve the issue. As a comparison, the other company quoted $2,300 to install a 20x20x4 filter box. Optimal only charged $1,565 and $250 for the additional work as compared to over $4,000 for work that did not need to be done. I am blown away and so thankful my friend referred Optimal to us. Derek, thank you so much for your honesty, your company’s ethic, and resolving our issues. I will alway use this company in the future for all my HVAC needs. I was so impressed, I have already passed this company’s name and number to all my family, friends, and neighbors. If you are reading this, you need not look at any other company. Optimal has proven to be the best. Not just in savings, but in their knowledge of HVAC. You cannot go wrong. Compare for yourself. You’ll be glad you did as I was.

Optimal originally installed our AC unit and did an excellent job. When the unit recently stopped turning on, I called them again. They were able to come out within a week. Shawn, the technician, was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the issue—he even showed me exactly what was wrong on the unit itself. Optimal HVAC continues to deliver quality service every time.

We've been using Optimal for a few years now, and we continue to be impressed with their services. From repairs to annual maintenance- they are amazing. Big shout out to Optimal HVAC LLC! They ended our suffering and they did it with professionalism and a quickness! From inquiry to installation it was a little over 24 hours. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They helped answer all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the install. Highly recommend Optimal HVAC if you’re considering air conditioning.

Mike from Optimal was on time, friendly, thorough, and suggested money saving tips re the filters. Will definitely have Optimal here again and will add fireplace and water heater service.
Update: Mike performed the fireplace and water heater maintenance. On time, reasonable price, good service (and he increased the flame height in our gas fireplace). Definitely a regular customer now.

I want to give a shout out to Optimal HVAC for a job very well done. Haley and Derrek have been awesome to work with. I first thought my thermostat had gone bad, but after some detective work they figured out it was a very less expensive fix and took care of it. Got help to me quickly, always showed up on time and such nice folks to work with.

I’ve been learning how to take care of things on my own around here and it’s a very steep learning curve but when you find people who know their trade so well and genuinely care for their customers, it helps alleviate some of the stress. I highly recommend Optimal.

Had a water heater, furnace and heat pump installed by the optimal team and it was a total 5 star experience.

They were fantastic, great to work with and offered comprehensive options as well as affordable financing partners to make sure we had flexible options to suit our budget.

The quality of the finished work is great too. They took extra care to hide and tidy wiring, run piping through the least disruptive options and clean up around the exterior equipment to keep everything tidy.

I have been using Optimal HVAC for my annual heater, a/c, and tankless water heater service for the last four years. The company is head and shoulders above any other service I have ever used.
