NWR showed up quickly and took appropriate initial steps but sent me an inflated bill that included work they did not do and had a defective dehumidifier that just wasted my electricity and time.

PREFORMED ILLEGAL UNLICENSED PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK- If this company did either of those for you, CALL L&I CONTRACTORS LICENSING TO REPORT AS IT MAY HAVE BEEN DONE INCORRECTLY AND DANGEROUSLY!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This company is a joke! They started job on FEB 9,2022 and left us WITHOUT INSULATION in our kids' room and kitchen UNTILL AUG 18Th OVER 6 MONTHS LATER! They FINALLY came back to work - ONLY TO INSTALL CABINETS NOT TO PLAN AND DAMAGE NEW APPLIANCES - as well as DAMAGE CABINETS! This company is a RISK TO HOMEOWNERS! They offered to GIVE AN EMPLOYEE, 1 WEEK VACATION, SO WE COULD PAY EMPLOYEE OURSELVES! THIS IS ILLEGAL! Don't accept offer if given (Luckly we demanded all work be on books, as the homeowner would also be in trouble.) They also TOOK DIRECT PAYMENT FROM INSURANCE TO SET UP TEMPORARY KITCHEN (tubsink)
THEY NEVER INSTALLED PAID FOR BY INSURANCE ITEM/WORK! though they DID try to INSTALL IN PLACE OF SINKBASE CABINET!
AFTER THEY RUINED PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED ONE BY NOT CAPPING OFF WATERLINES! This they attempted to do AFTER we had to get a 2nd TEMPLATE DONE FOR COUNTERTOPS, as they did not follow the requirements of the countertop company. They have COSTED US EXTRA $$$ to have things THEY DID WRONG FIXED!! Then THEY QUIT WORK BEFORE THEY FINISHED. This company has caused MANY ISSUES, including causing disabled person to MISS IMPORTANT MEDICAL PROCEDURES as we had no adequate place to recover( no kitchen, no temporary kitchen setup as paid to do). SO MUCH MORE TO LIST!

Still waiting to settle on money they owe for work not done. After 3 months of waiting for them to start work on our house we hired a new contractor they were paid by my insurance for work they never started or completed and have not paid the money back.

Did a water damage claim for me and took care of everything from beginning to end. They are the best to take over your mess. They even told me about staying in a hotel because the humidifier and fans were getting to me. Thank you Northwest, the entire crew.

Northwest Restoration and Emergency Services has performed many jobs for us. They have always done a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

Northwest did a fantastic job handling flood damage remediation at my house.
I had what I thought was minor flooding, so I called Northwest to come out and bound the problem. They found that the problem was much larger due to the flooding going throughout the walls.
They immediately gave me the scope of the problem and what it woudl take to remediate and clean up the damage. They communicated with my insurance quickly and got the process rolling and our property ready for the rebuild in no time.
I highly recommend doing business with the team at Northwest Restoration.

Started a remodel after a water loss.started the job in February 2022.The job was still not finished and they refused to do so 7 months later Sept 2022.All kinds of mis-steps and bad managerial decisions. basically the owner never stepped in to view the job. Or pay enough attention (show up on site)to see if things were going according to plan.Appliances damaged by employee's.Materials ordered that didn't work for the scope by the company.Then refusal to modify or install them months later.after returning them was not an option. Some of the cabinet layout not communicated properly between owner and employee.The employee doing drywall/texture repair.Tried his best.But it is not even remotely acceptable match etc.The list just goes on and on.Basically forced to hire other contractors to finish the work they didn't do or refused to do.Use this company at your own risk.Communication was a huge issue the whole way through.

They lack serious communication. They say they're coming and then don't show. They have inaccurate finish times. Not to mention my key hasn't been returned almost 2 months after the job was finished. It's sitting in a lock box outside my own home which they wouldn't give me the code to but their staff can access any time they'd like. I've tried multiple times at communicating with them and their lack of response or care is unprofessional and irritating. I will add that their employees that worked inside my home were very kind and respectful. The job itself looks great. The bad review is for their upper management who coordinates their services and responds to the emails.

I had a leak in my coffee stand and Rich from Northwest Restoration and Emergency services came back the same day and helped me find the leak they are family friendly and will get the job done.

So if you are looking for a restoration company after your disaster, stop looking. You have found the best company in west Sound. Their team of professionals are just that, PROFESSIONAL. Their team always answered my questions honestly. The one thing that I will recommend is, let them do their job. I stepped in and made a little mess when working to get my new cabinets. Let them do their job. They will not let you down. This company outshines any other company, especially the one that says, "like it never even happened". If you have a disaster at your home, call the great people of NW Restorative and tell them Tim sent me. You will not regret your decision.

Our job was small for them but important to us, and they did a great job for us. Some of the caulking around the tub & the trim around the walls were not quite what we hoped for, so they came back out & made it look great. The final result was everything we hoped it would be.

Rich Ray with Northwest Restoration did a great job of working with my insurance to get the repairs done for my house that flooded from an upstairs bathroom. He coordinated well with me, the owner, when needed for input on the repairs and his team did a quality job in a timely manner.

NW Restoration & Emergency Services provided an excellent job for handling water mitigation at my rental property when my tenant’s washer sensor broke and flooded the entire basement. NW Restoration were thorough and consistent with the work ensuring timeliness and safety. The staff are courteous and Rich Ray, the representative handling the case, worked directly with my Property Management and insurance and advocated on my behalf. The reports and photos provided to my insurance company were detailed and precise. Thank you for the job well done!
