Leo Rysikov was very easy to schedule. Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the machine. After evaluation he was able to identify the problem and advise us on next steps. I can't say enough good things about Leo!! When my Samsung Dishwasher broke down, I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a new one.
Leo was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, and gave me a fair quote for the repair. I was shocked at how reasonable his prices were – I had been bracing myself for a huge bill!

Our out of warranty Electrolux fridge was rescued and repaired when other repair companies said it needed to be replaced. They diagnosed which part was actually broken, hunted down the right piece, and had my fridge up and running in no time. Strongly recommend.
