We had baseboard heaters removed, an outlet and heater removed, a 220 outlet moved and another installed. The team was very professional and efficient. As a result we decided to also purchase a ductless heat pump system from them. A few months later we were having an issue with the microwave periodically quitting. They resolved the issue at no charge. Apparently because our house is 50 yrs old a seperate breaker was needed. AND just a month ago they came to do the first annual cleaning and inspection of the heat pump unit at no charge.

We needed new wiring for our very large carport. Dan and his crew were prompt and work was clean and efficient. They installed new LED lights, receptacles, and rerouted existing 30 amp and 50 amp outlets allowing us to use our RV and support a visiting friend with an RV. We will use them again in our next project.

Rawhide installed two fans that had existing lights only and they installed one fan to replace one. It was done very efficiently and professionally and we were very pleased with the outcome. Showed up on time and cleaned up everything.

From the salesman to the technicians they were all very professional, polite and all around fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better team to install our heating and air conditioning units. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I used Rawhide Electric 16 years ago for a new panel and new electric wiring. When my electric Tankless water heater was damaged I bought a new one and needed an electrician and a plumber. Luckily Rawhide had both and the install went without a hitch. I will never use anyone but Rawhide. Honest, knowledgable, fast, and excellent in every way. Everyone should switch to tankless to save money on utilities and never run out of hot water. Love it & love Rawhide Electric:-)

This company along with service patriots are extremely unprofessional. For starters, they do not know the basics of customer service. I called this company many times regarding a discrepancy on the proposed install of an electrical panel (conflicted what service patriots and I had agreed on in contract) they were intended to be sub contracted out by service patriots (Home Depot exclusively uses them for HVAC services so BEWARE) to do a panel upgrade install, when I called and spoke to the receptionist and told her why I was calling nothing was said back, I was just put on hold without any response back. I don’t need to explain how unprofessional and rude the lack of communication and respect was. Additionally, every-time I called them to follow up on what was discussed in a previous call (they ALWAYS failed to call me back after stating I WILL CALL YOU BACK- so I had to call them back everytime after days of not hearing back) I would get the “ohh I was just about to call you- happened multiple times. Straight lies. I called today to follow up with them since there was a discrepancy on how the electrical panel would be installed on my property, after initially telling me, there would be one panel upgrade from a 100 AMP to a 200 AMP in the basement, Heather told me TWO days before they were scheduled to come out and install that they were going back to installing two panels, not upgrading the panel in the basement to a higher AMP keeping it the same and adding a meter main upstairs, outside with a 200 AMP capacity. This is exactly what I explicitly stated I didn’t want as service patriots and I agreed on ONE panel with the existing 100 AMP panel being actually upgraded not just replaced to a 200 AMP panel with underground wiring. When I spoke to Chase the electrician he had no clue that this was not what was agreed upon as service patriots failed to inform him of the agreed upon resolution as far as installing the electrical panel. The icing on the top, when I did call today to follow up on this and to ensure we were on the same page Heather had interrupted me as I was complaining about the lack of communication and how I called to follow up with her twice after she told me she would be the one calling me back and she said “I called you five mins ago and left a voicemail”. I told her there was no call and no voicemail so this just goes to show that this company will make up bold face lies and spill bs when it comes down to it. If you call and leave a voicemail, surely it would show up on my end but there’s a reason why it didn’t and that’s because it never happened. Listen to the bad reviews stay away from this disrespectful, lazy, dishonest company.
