Skylar and Sam were both responsive and prompt. They answered all of our questions from information about our new heat pump through installation of the system. We had baseboard heaters removed, an outlet and heater removed, a 220 outlet moved and another installed. The team was very professional and efficient. As a result we decided to also purchase a ductless heat pump system from them. A few months later we were having an issue with the microwave periodically quitting. They resolved the issue at no charge. Apparently because our house is 50 yrs old a seperate breaker was needed.
AND just a month ago they came to do the first annual cleaning and inspection of the heat pump unit at no charge.
