Andy was very helpful in guiding myself and my neighbors on recommendations for tree work. He went above and beyond, stopping by twice for the estimate when my neighbors wanted to add on 2 additional tree removals. On day of service, Doug and team were professional and did a great job. The job was tough as the team had to get onto a 3 story townhome with a steep roof pitch. I would highly recommend Dominant and will use Dominant Tree Service for any future work.

I’ve used several tree service providers on our property surrounded by a forest. After 20 years of growth closing in around the house we needed some careful pruning to bring in more light. Dominant Tree Service helped evaluate the best way to achieve our goal with professional care for the health of each tree. The crew that did the work was exceptional. Crew manager Matthew collaborated with me to ask my view on cuts and make recommendations tree by tree and even branch by branch. Better than any other company I’ve ever used! And their quote was lower than 3 other companies.

The service was good.
I received a text regarding payment that referenced an invoice number. But, alas no invoice number. No actual phone number to speak to a person to get an actual address to mail payment. I don't like paying thru email or PayPal etc. So if a person reads this, please phone me so I can pay.
At time the work was done, crew leader said the office would make contact so no payment taken upon completion. So I have waited for 4 months w/o any communication.

was told my tree was distressed. they were hired to trim branches. hired another tree company to assess. they could not believe the pruning had been done by actual tree service. branches are to be cut at base so “tree can compartmentalize”. these guys left stubs which makes tree more vulnerable. THEY distressed my tree. besides that current company (barnette tree service) said tree was ok. fairly appalled that i did this to my 125 yr old doug fir

I would recommend this team. They are professional, hardworking, safety-minded and thorough. We had very large and challenging trees positioned over the water and they took the time to do it thoughtfully and well. The job required a little more work than anticipated.They came right back, finished everything perfectly, cut and stacked some firewood and included an immaculate clean up. Matthew and the crew came out to clean up my cherry blossom tree and to take up the branches on another large tree that was coming over the side of my roof. As always Matthew and his crew were quick, efficient and as polite as could be. My husband and I love having dominant tree service come out to work for us! They never disappoint, always go above and beyond! Our cherry blossom tree is looking better than ever and the large tree looks perfectly groomed. We bought a house a couple months ago and needed a tree removed that was in a dangerous place above the house. We got quotes from a few different tree companies, and at first glance all quotes were comparable, but once you actually look into what the quote entails, Dominant beat everyone else by a landslide. Matthew and the team came out and did a phenomenal job! Very professional, kind, and know exactly what they are doing. They are the kind of team you want to invite inside for family lunch!
