Was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. Second time using his services and he puts so much love into his work.

Booked an appointment last December via text and they never showed up. Booked again this year, called and talked to a scheduler, told them about last year but....same thing. No call, No show ...... What a joke.

Did not show up or notify me for several appointments. Did a sloppy repair that cracked the first day, and left a mess in my kitchen. I had to hire someone else to repair his damage.

Great service and cleaning! New crown installed and our pellet stove looks beautiful. Happy to recommend to others! 🙂

He did an extremely good job cleaning a fireplace that had been neglected for at least 15 years. He was awesome and fair and did a phenomenal job. Would recommend for sure!

Made an inspection appointment and did not showed. Attempted to communicate after the missed appointment over text. The communication was stablished but he did not bother to respond explaining why the appointment was missed.

Micheal did an amazing job, went above and beyond my expectations, would definitely recommend. In the future I will call him back if ever in need again.

Wrote a bad review because I am stupid😳 jumped the gun on writing the review saying I couldn’t get ahold of him to finish his work. Well to find out his web site was to blame. Long story short he does awesome work and would recommend him for any work involving a fireplace.

Mike did a great job replacing the chimney cap. We had some issues with it in the beginning but Mike took care of everything.

He said he would be back to finish his job but he dos not answer his phone calls or text message and we told him that our pellets stove was our main heat source in the winter
And he was told that when he came to put in and he told my mom that he would be back the next day to finish his job but it took him a month and half to have him come finish job you have to stay on top of him ever then he don’t finish his job that he was paid for

He disconnected the insert from the fireplace and did not reconnect it. He also broke a door on our insert. I called to try and get the situation resolved and he would not return messages. Very disappointed in the service received for that cost.

Quality work with quality employees, the owner himself took the time to come to my job site and introduce himself, asses the work that needed to be done and completed it in a timely manner. He was very respectful and professional

So great! Reccomended and trusted! Restored my fireplace back to great working condition. Highly trust the Chimney Guy! He knows his stuff!

Came out and inspected our chimney and then we were going to have him sweep it. He kept double booking and then apologizing for being unable to make it. He said he wanted to make his unprofessionalism up to us by doing a sweep free of charge. We gave him our availability and then he never bothered to come out or contact us. Wouldn't reccomend based on our experience.

If there were 10 STARS this guy would get all ten. What a GREAT company to hire. Professional, Caring, and just wow. He was hired to inspect and clean my 96 y/o mother's fireplace. Did and outstanding job, enformed me of minor details that I could do on my own as well. I will highly recommend his services to any and all. Outstanding!!!
