They are the best landscapers I have used. They stay on task and show up on time and get things done.
Great work, as soon as they arrived they got straight to work. Very fast and effective
Great to work with highly recommend. They had the best bid as well. Great work on seeding and top soil and they returned a couple weeks later to my surprise to put down some more fertilizer as well!
I was just hung up by Kimberly Alvarez....I was given her number by the listing agent to figure out, the final mow on a house that my buyer's purchased. This house closed on June 10th-a house that she has been servicing and mowing for years. When we closed on this house, the lawn was 2.5 feet tall-seller reached out to Kim and her team to come and mow it for a final time for my buyers. She "got too busy and scheduled another house". No problem-that's why I was calling to follow up. Kim said her team can come out this Wednesday, I asked her to please reach out to her seller and confirm that she will be paying for this final mow. Kim says it's not her job, she only cuts lawns. So I asked her do you want me to call the seller? As a buyer's agent, we don't have the number to the other side. Kim says it's not her responsibility. What? YOUR seller, has hired you to mow her lawn for years, she decides to sell the house and asks for a final mow...YOU (Kim) forgets to actually mow...so now I'm calling to schedule you (Kim) and it's not your responsibility. She hung up. I tried calling her back twice and texted her, as a business woman-this is NOT how you handle any objections. And what Kim and Prof Brothers Landscaping LLC doesn't realize is...had she gone and mowed my client's lawn (he's the new buyer) he probably would have hired her to continue mowing the lawn!!! This is basic communication and customer service skills. As I write this review, there are only 5 reviews for their company. Just be aware of all the influx of "unreal" reviews that are posted after this one to make up for their average rating. If this is how she problem solves a very simple issue, she would be a liability if something actually went wrong. Tread carefully....there are so many good, hardworking businesses...and experiences like this makes one question who to trust.... Below is the picture of the lawn 2 days before closing. No biggie...everyone gets busy...all I asked of Kim was for her to put us on her schedule the next time she was in the area and to confirm her client (the seller) would be paying for the final mow. Not sure why such a simple request was like pulling teeth. She just lost two clients...which may not seem like a big deal when she's "so busy".
