Great Crew! They will treat your yard as if it was theirs 😁

These guys are great. I like the work they do on my lawn, and recently clearing away some trees and shrubs. They're thorough and considerate, and very reasonable. I like knowing I'm supporting their program, too.

This was the second time we have used then. They arrived on time, VERY professional and knowledgeable, I had a list of what we wanted and they reviewed it with me then went to work. They went to work quickly and did a wonderful job. We are retired and on a fixed income. Their attitude seemed to be "this is the way we would want our grandparents home to look" Thanks again and we WILL call again

Jim has completed several projects in my condo to which I recently moved. He can often come within a few days so that is helpful not to have to wait… I recommend Jim’s Handyman Services.

Usually, if something of mine breaks, I'm the person who fixes it, because I like to know exactly what was done in case other issues present themselves in the future.
Last year about this time, I had a pump go out, until it got fixed I would be stuck without any heat. Temperatures were below freezing that week and I was a day into having the nastiest flu, I couldn't move without getting nauseated, there was no way I was doing anything.
It was later in the evening, I called and left a message. Jim returned my call (I was surprised since it was after traditional hours) I explained to him my situation. He said he just finished up a job, and was heading home, but he was willing to come by check out the issue & let me know if it was something he could help remedy.
He showed up, checked it out, told me what he believed to be the problem, I asked him what was needed to make the repairs. Stores were closed by this time, I completely understood being an odd job, not to expect him to have the parts on hand. He said he had to finish up a job the next day but he would be back as soon as he could to get started. He even offered to pick up what was needed so I didn't have to.
Jim showed up with everything he needed, worked well into the night (it had to be dismantled and rebuilt) Upon finishing up, it turned out that because of the repair kit providing a larger size pulley than the original
(I checked & to no fault of his, is the ONLY kit sold to make the repair, there was no way he could have known)
the belt listed by the manufacturer & sold to him was indeed too short. Jim was very upset that he was unable to complete the repair, knowing it was needed to provide heat. I assured him my alternative heat source would be sufficient. He said that he would return the part first thing in the morning and he would be back ASAP. That's exactly what he did, and in a matter of minutes had it put back together in no time.
Thankfully Jim was willing to put in all that effort at a time when I needed the help the most. I trusted Jim & he didn't let me down 😊.
Luckily, I haven't had the flu during any catastrophic events since then, stubbornly Independent, so I haven't needed to request his services since, but if ever I need someone I know will come through, I'll definitely hit Jim up in the future.

I had Jim fix a kitchen hot water spigot. It wasn't an unusually hard job, however the repair had become more complex due to the unavailability of some parts. Jim found some suitable parts in his parts supplies...he improvised to get the parts to fit and the end result was a drip-free, secured, working hot tap spigot. His pricing is reasonable and he will finish the job to the customer's satisfaction. Thank you Jim!

Jim did some quick repairs under our house that were time sensitive. He arrived on time and quickly did proper troubleshooting to diagnose the issue. In this case i was helping from the outside of the house which made the job go quicker than expected which was good for both of us. Beyond that i added installing a toilet to the day’s work and he said great let’s get it done. So happy i found a great handyman.

Texted Jim. Prompt response. Set appointment in 2 days. He texted me that morning to let me know he was running late. Very professional. Replaced bathroom faucet perfectly. Very neat and clean and provided fair estimate.
Used Jim’s again today to install a shower grab bar. Jim did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend him.

They spend hours driving their very loud mowers in circles, leaving mud spots and trash all over the lawn.

Please quit blocking the roadways and parking in no parking zones when there is available parking on the street close by in an area not restricted. I've asked your drivers to move, they don't. When they come back they make the road unpassable in larger vehicles.

VERY POOR SUPERFICIAL MAINTENANCE, HURRY UP AND QUIT EARLY, WALK RIGHT BY AREAS THAT NEED MAINTENANCE , WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING, EVEN AFTER REQUEST FORMS HAVE BEEN PRESENTED NOTHING WAS DONE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF THEY DO NOT FULFILL WHAT IS IN THE CONTRACT THEY SIGN.
