Today, I had Todd from Vent Flow company to clean the vent of my dryer. I called him this morning at 10:00 AM and in 1 hour, he was at my house to start his work. He is very professional. He knows what he does, and he cleaned up all the dust from my dryer. After he was completed his job, he stayed for some time to help me clean my washer and explained to me how and when my washer needs to drain water at the bottom. I will certainly hire him again as I have hired him for the past 10 years.

They were super efficient, kind, clean and prompt. I’m a hair stylist and we have to get our dryer vents cleaned every 6 months. So I know how important it is. This was for my new townhome and the previous owners I could tell never did this. I also loved the fact it was a man/woman duo and they offered the option to tip. It really shows they care about their employees and that the employees care about their work. Of course tipping is always optional but if it’s a job well done and you’re like me, I’m more than happy to do that. Thanks again! Will be using again in future.

Todd and Karla are not only prompt, professional, and thorough, they are really nice and a pleasure to do business with. I will contact them again for any vent work I need done in the future. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Cant recommend them enough. We utilized Ventflow for Duct/ HVAC cleaning after our client suffered a water loss in their home. They were prompt with communication and on time and went above and beyond to assist our client with their services. We will continue using them for our future clients needs as well as referring them.

Ventflow did a great job in cleaning our dyer vents. I contacted them on Monday and they came out the next day so they are great at communicating. They cleaned both the inside and outside of my dryer vent. I am not sure when the last time it was cleaned but they did it very efficiently and smoothly. Also, I appreciated that they were straightforward with pricing and it did not ever change. The whole process was also covid safe as they made sure to wear masks inside and outside.

We also had them install some bathroom exhaust fans because ours had just broke. Without even having seen the old fan area and the new fan Todd was able to install the fan without any problem. They also made sure to clean each area where they worked. I would recommend them to not only clean your vents but even do a bathroom exhaust fan installation as there aren't that many places that you can call to do so.

We were having an issue with our dryer vent- I called Ventflow and was able to get an appointment within just a few days. They texted ahead of time to let us know they were on their way, came with masks and shoe covers, and did an excellent (and quick!) job. From scheduling the appointment all the way through the actual work they were professional and very easy to work with. They were very mindful of our home, and left the areas where they worked completely clean. Absolutely would recommend, and will use again! Thank you!

This family owned business is amazing. I had no idea who to call when I moved into my 40 year old mobile home but I was worried about the fire hazard of dusty dryer vent pipes, etc. Also my home smelled very musty. I had no idea what having my duct work professionally cleaned would do for my home. The musty smell is gone. They did such a thorough job, very professional and knowledgeable. They also applied a deodorizer and all I smell now is fresh air. While they were here I asked them about my new thermostat and they were able to install and test it. Great people, great service!

This small family business made scheduling easy. When they inspected my dryer vent system, which was admittedly a bad design. They proposed a redesigned vent system for a very reasonable cost. Now my dryer runs better than ever. Even a big load of towels gets nice and dry on one cycle!

I postponed getting my vent dryer duct system repaired/ replaced because I couldn't find a reliable company for a long time. I was going to the laundromat for over a year. I called many companies but very few will go in the crawlspace where my dryer vent duct system is. The one service company agreed to go in the crawlspace was a handy man service and I was afraid that he is not an expert on vent ducts system. Other companies I contacted was giving me ridiculous quotes solely by what I think was the problem and without going to the crawlspace to see. I got a wide range of quotes. After browsing and researching from FB group I came across Ventflow Dryer Vent service company , owned and run by Todd and Karla , husband and wife team. It was smooth transaction from making the appointment to completion of the job. Todd and Karla was quickly responsive to all my questions. They completed the job throughly today and I am so excited to do my washing at home again. Todd and Karla are very knowledgeable and expert in what they do. They were easy to talk to. They cleaned up afterwards and they are just good people. Most importantly they did not try to sell me other things. Fee of service is very reasonable. I will be calling them again for service and maintenance in the future.

Ventflow cleaned our dryer vents today and did an amazing job! It was fascinating to see them work in tandem and clean everything from the pipes to the dryer itself. It was shocking to see the blanket of lint that they pulled out of the inside of the dryer and note that some of it looked singed. We were likely very close to having a house fire from our dryer. Todd and Karla are very professional, thorough, and explained every step of the process that they would do on our first call. We hired them and they did every thing they described and didn’t leave a lingering trace of lint behind them! We were amazed at the process and very grateful that we chose them. The Ventflow owners arrived on time, assessed the state of my dryer vent system in the attic, thoroughly cleaned out the entire length of the duct, and made recommendations for improving the system layout. I highly recommend them for dryer vent cleaning.

We needed our house heating vents and ducts cleaned so looked up a local cleaning service and found VentFlow nearby. Todd and Karla came out and were very professional and friendly. Todd had to haul some heavy equipment to the back of the house to gain access to the heater. No problem. They were very thorough cleaning every vent and ductwork. We also had them clean the dryer vent even though there was no access to it from the outside (it's under the deck). They said when I can gain access to the vent to give them a call and they will come back out to inspect it. But they did a great job cleaning it from the dryer side anyway. Afterwards the went through the entire house with a vacuum cleaner making sure it was cleaner than when they arrived. Their rates were very reasonable too. We definitely will be using Todd and Karla again the next time we need our vents cleaned.

This company and team is amazing!! They got my stacked dryer and washer combo out of a very tight spot easily so that they could focus on the task at hand which was clean my very dirty dryer and reattach my venting. They diagnosed my challenges, and even found ones from my first installers and fixed those at no charge. They are extremely knowledgeable, showed me what was wrong, fixed it, and left everything in better shape than it was previously. And they did it on time and at fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

After a small fiasco with me trying to get the lint out of our dryer myself, I realized I needed pros and got in touch with Ventflow; my goodness I’m so glad I did! They were quick, professional, explained everything, and very reasonably priced! I did laundry for the first time since Friday, and my clothes are dried before the washer is done! I don’t think that has happened since we bought it about 5 years ago! I will definitely use them again!

This is the 2nd time I've used Ventflow's dryer vent cleaning service and I've been very happy with their work each time. Todd and Karla (owners) got here right on time and immediately got to work. We have a longer than normal vent run from the laundry room to the outside vent but they were able to clean it with no problem. They cleaned and inspected everything and then tested the dryer to be sure it was operating correctly. I highly recommend Ventflow!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Communication was easy. They were transparent and fair with pricing, showed up on time and did an extremely thorough job. Moving forward this is the only company we will use to service our commercial dryers.

3.) They came when they said they would. And half an hour early! I didn't have to waste my whole day waiting.
4.) Super professional and communicated what they did and what they saw. They even took before and after pictures.
5.) Very clear with their instructions on how to prep the space and area before they came.
6.) They did an excellent and very thorough job cleaning out the dryer and vent. No cutting corners or rushing. They even cleaned up all the lint that had been collecting for years outside the vent!

Great company. I had my dryer vent cleaned and had the outside covers for the vents replaced. I've had this service done by other companies and I can tell you you that Ventflow did a much better job. I would absolutely recommend them.
