I had a great experience working with ArkBlu Surfaces.

I originally planned to use them for Stuga flooring, but ultimately went in a different direction after finding another product that was a better fit for the project. That said, my experience with their team throughout the process was excellent.

They were extremely accommodating with scheduling—even when I expanded scope to include the basement, they were able to get it on the calendar within two days. That kind of flexibility is rare, especially on tight timelines. Even though our project timing shifted and we didn’t end up using that slot, their willingness to move quickly stood out.

Communication was also a big plus. Everything was handled over email, which is exactly how I prefer to operate. No phone tag, no chasing people down—just clear, documented communication that made coordination straightforward and efficient.

Would absolutely consider working with them again based on professionalism, responsiveness, and how easy they were to work with.

Best flooring company here in Kirkland Washington. They have amazing customer service and their installers work is top quality. The store has many different selections of flooring to choose from.
