We had an excellent experience working with Steffen, James, and the entire team over the past 9 months. We initially hired them for water damage remediation, but they also handled the full renovation of our home, including new flooring, kitchen cabinetry, and more, making them a true end-to-end partner throughout the process.

Taking on both remediation and a full rebuild is no small task, and they handled every step with professionalism, patience, and a clear commitment to quality. During what was a stressful time for our family, they were consistently responsive, easy to work with, and generous with their time.

The end result speaks for itself: the house looks fantastic and truly feels like a home again. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really show.

Be aware of Pacific R&R! We hired them after a major flood caused by a failed water main pipe. They were one of the mitigation companies recommended by the City of Seattle’s assessor, so we trusted the recommendation. That was a mistake! The mitigation work was left unfinished in several areas, including doors left, concrete shower only half demolished, etc. After paying almost $15,000 the overall quality and follow-through were below expectation.
Later on Mr Werner visited for the restoration estimate, but after that, neither him nor Mr Vincent ever followed up or provided the estimate needed to move forward with the insurance claim. Despite repeated emails, we were ignored, delaying our claim process by more than 10 days.
Do not assume that companies recommended by assessors are necessarily the best choice. Take the time to research companies carefully before committing and stay away from Pacific Remediation and Restoration.

These guys are super friendly, honest and by the book and they have my business anytime.

We had an upstairs neighbor with a leak into our condo. Our HOA brought in Pacific and they absolutely nailed it. Every part of the remediation process they dealt with was handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally. It was especially refreshing given how annoying an issue like this can be.

They were Awesome!! Called James early morning and they came out right away for water remediation. He was very professional and responsive and explained process. Hanley and Tim were very professional and explained everything they were doing and texted me when they were coming to check fans, dehumidifier and water levels. Would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Don't every hire these people to do a job for you. I had them build a deck for me. They outsourced another company to build the deck. While the deck came along nicely. The add-on that I wanted for it Pacific Remediation And Restoration did them. But they had some really old guy come out and do them. Which in return was poorly done. Just him to do work that needed two people. Things were cracked or off cut and they did offer to fix it. But the same guy came out and did an even worst job.

Oh! Not to mention when asking for a warranty they wouldn't put it on paper (Or email) and told me they would do it.. But never trust anyone that don't want to wright it down.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I have experienced two leaks and a water heater blowout in the last few years. James was right there, reassuring, helpful, professional and saving me money. He makes sure to bring in competent help from other companies, deals effectively with insurance claims, and is spot on in knowing what to do where others fail. This time I had a leak that was really inaccessible. I was told by a plumber that I would have to tear up flooring to reach it. They couldn't even tell me where it was coming from. I didn't know where to begin so I called Pacific. Not only did James assess the water damage (minimal) he pinpointed the leak and called in a plumber who fixed it today. No insurance claim, no destruction of flooring. I already knew from last time that Pacific was the place to go. I can't imagine calling anyone else. Use Pacific. You will not regret it.

We hired James and the excellent team at Pacific after we had a pipe leak in our kitchen that caused enough water damage that our whole kitchen had to pretty much be torn out. It was a stressful situation and the best decision we made was bringing in James to sort it all out. He handled everything... all the coordination with mold remediation, asbestos remediation, the plumbers, the insurance. All I had to do was let him and his team in the door and everything else was taken care of.

If you are searching for a remediation team and you are stuck not knowing if you should go with “the big guys” or this local team, choose local and you are going to get the best service of your life. No regrets!

I’ve never used this company but you can tell a lot about a companies values and enjoyment of their craft by the people who own and work there. My neighbor used this company to remodel her kitchen and was very happy.

In an unfortunate incident I broke our door frame trying to get in. This was a couple days before Xmas and no one was either available or charged way too much. I was in the dog house and was scrambling to get this fixed ASAP. I happened to ask my neighbor who works for this company if she knew a handyman. She told me everything was booked but she would show her boss and friend. He said he could swing by to look at it. I was relieved I was able to find help so fast. They showed up and not only looked at it but proceeded to fix it! I asked him the cost and he informed me it was a favor for my neighbor. WOW, not only was he incredibly friendly, he was informative, and knew exactly what he was doing. It turned out great!

I really appreciated the help and he said, “It’s good to help people if you can. And that he really enjoyed it.” Since Covid happened I had to close my business down for the time being and it’s been rough. But knowing that humanity still exists in people like this gave me optimism for the future.

Will I use this company for my future projects? You bet I will.

Excellent work!! James came over to inspect the next day, he was extremely polite, took the time to explain in detail and answer any questions we had. He tried his best to restore the damage with a minimally invasive. His team, Hanley and Tim, are both extremely polite, patient and professional. They are on time and did a great job in getting the place dry! I would recommend them to all my friends!

The entire Pacific Remediation and Restoration (PRR) team was fabulous to work with! I was immediately impressed when James came to provide an estimate and he easily and quickly identified elements of the project and insurance claim we would never have noticed.
