Andrew was ready and very professional. Took down my plum tree and cleaned up the mess. Highly recommend him.

Andrew did a wonderful job removing dead limbs from an older maple in my yard. Tricky climb to reach a couple of problem areas. Would highly recommend for your tree projects.

Would highly recommend! We were able to get a quote quickly and were scheduled for service at a time that worked for our schedule. The team was on time, had the equipment necessary to complete the job, were efficient, and the clean up was amazing! We had one very large fir tree and one large birch tree removed. Both trees had a lot of branches that created a big mess. The "brush draggers" and the climber all worked very hard non-stop on a hot day to complete the job quickly.

Gregory and his team made quick work of 6 trees that needed to be removed in our backyard, and did a great job cleaning up the place afterward (aside from a subtle lack of dead tree, it's hard to tell anything changed). They take meticulous care of their tools and equipment, and that translates into the quality of their work and the care they showed for our property. Highly recommend these guys for tree removal.

Before hiring I’m In Tree Service I spoke with several tree removal companies and obtained bids from a few of them. Gregory Peck (yes, that’s his real name, and not the deceased actor), owner and operator of I’m In, was prompt, professional, and provided a competitive bid. When he arrived with his crew to perform the job they were on time, professional and performed like “artist”. The job (removal of three 65-75 feet tall trees setting next to a building) was done quickly, and cleanly. When the job was completed you would be hard pressed to find any evidence of the previous trees. I could not be more pleased with the job that was done (but I miss the trees that needed to be removed).

We live in a nice neighborhood where most homes range from 1.5 to 3.0 Million Dollars, and everyone hires tree services to keep their properties looking nice. We were referred to Gregory Peck and realized upon meeting him he was different. He and crew arrived 15 minutes early for our scheduled tree service. My Wife and I were both highly impressed and satisfied with Mr. Peck's arborist knowledge and techniques with pruning. He retrained a Cherry that was out of control in our front yard, performing a "Pollard technique" to re-set and reshape the tree, it is now a beautiful blossoming Cherry again. Furthermore our very large Japanese Maple is variegated, with Mr. Peck's keen eye and attention to detail he was able to shape and prune in a way that allows for maximum beautiful and light penetration, while preserving the natural beauty of the various colors of the leaves. Lastly, on exit he walked our property with us and his crew to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, meeting our expectations of the envisioned finished job. He did great!
AND..... They left the property spotless, very clean. We are very happy, and highly recommend you hire Mr. Peck and Crew.

We had an incredible experience with I'M IN! Tree Services. Greg gave us a very reasonable quote. Our plans got delayed due to the stay at home order. We were anxious to start the work, but not all companies were working so we reached out to Greg (a couple months after the original bid). He came back out a second time to evaluate our job based on our concern for removal of all the wood and the access to do so had changed since he was out last. He assured us he was registered and all set to work during this time (as our trees were a safety hazard to our home and young children). Greg was professional, arrived on time and completed the job in the estimated time despite a couple unexpected setbacks. He and his crew were so hardworking, friendly and honest that we felt comfortable through the whole process. Greg and his crew left the place clean and tidy after each day of work and even cleaned the neighbors yard afterwards. We felt that Greg worked above and beyond what we actually paid for the job. We highly recommend his company and plan to use him in the future for our other properties as needed.

Gregory and his crew removed 4 trees and trimmed two cherry trees for me. They were very professional, very safety conscious, and cleaned everything up afterward. I needed alternative communication due to hearing and speech issues and was very appreciative of Gregory’s willingness to communicate with me using typed notes and texting. My trees look wonderful and I’m no longer worried the (removed) trees will damage my neighbor’s homes. Highly recommend their service!

I needed a tree trimmed ASAP and out of all the companies in Tacoma I could find, Greg was the only one that immediately responded and got me a quote same day! We agreed on pricing and he came out the very next morning to do the job. I wasn't home, but my neighbor commented that the guys were very friendly and professional. Greg called once the work was done and sent pictures to verify as well. Area was cleaned up and chips were hauled away as promised. Fully satisfied and would recommend!

Greg came out and gave me an estimate and everything he told me he did! Was on time to the job.. and he and his crew did go way beyond! They were super careful but right on it. Once they were done you'd never know they were there. Totally cleaned up after themselves and the work was outstanding on trees. No hesitation to call them for future work.

Gregory and his team were personable, professional and punctual. They did a terrific job taking down a 150+ ft. fir tree. The price was fair and they took care to leave the site in the same condition they found it. I would absolutely recommend Gregory and his crew and would definitely use their service again.

They did a great job trimming large trees with branches about 7” wide and 30’ long! There were able to do it without damaging the fence below.

Knowledgeable, honest, warm and friendly! From quote to service everything was wonderful. I run a daycare and the team was kind and engaging with the kids while they watched from the windows inside! I appreciated that when I inquired about trimming a neglected laurel hedge that Greg gave an honest opinion about the necessity and the outcome of doing so. Knowledgeable on tree safety and hazards as well!

Gregory was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable when I reached out about having a tree and bush trimmed up at our rental property. The crew did incredible work, left the property looking amazing, and were done in a quick amount of time. Gregory even sent us pictures and kept me updated. I'm so thankful for his assistance in helping us clean up the property from afar! Will definitely use them again!
