I called Lakewood Roofing and spoke with the owner Christian about a roof leak. He was here within 20 minutes, and fixed the leak immediately, without trying to upsell at all. I was SO impressed! What a nice guy and a great company! He came highly recommended to me and I’m glad that I found this company!

Two years ago, Lakewood Roofing replaced my roof. I should have left a review then, I just forgot to. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.

Yesterday we discovered that there was a problem with the vent for the bathroom fan, and water was dripping back inside. Christian came out on a Saturday to check it out.

Even after he found the easily fixable problem (insulation blocking the exhaust flap, basically), he still pulled the entire vent to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong, corrected the problem, and reinstalled it.

I've recommended them in the past, and I will continue to do so. It's wonderful to find a contractor you can trust.

So glad I used Lakewood Roofing! They were the only one of 5 companies I got to give an estimate that recommended I file an insurance claim. Their agent came out when insurance sent someone out, and I did get about 20% toward my new roof.

Lakewood's estimates were on a par with other companies' estimates. They stripped and reroofed in 2 days, despite inclement weather.

I had an issue, which they quickly rectified. I am very satisfied with the final product. I also want to add that their customer service is fantastic; they emailed photos of the roof and answered my questions promptly. Their staff are friendly and professional.

I have the highest recommendation for this company and their employees.

Fantastic service! Christian came out and did a thorough inspection of our roof to find that it did indeed need replacement. He spent over an hour on the roof taking pictures, inspecting, and figuring out the source of our leak. Their bid was competitive, and they worked with us to create a re-roofing plan that would fit both our needs and our budget. The roofing crew was top notch. I had good communication with him during the whole process. The office also called me, during the process, to see if I had any questions. Communication is important to this company.

LAKEWOOD ROOFING were absolutely amazing! Lia was on top of it and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about my roof. When the bomb cyclone hit, I just didn't know what to do. But she walked me through each step and my roof got done in only 2 days! What's more? They cleaned up every piece of the leftover scraps from my old roof that had fallen in the yard during the replacement. Just goes to show how thoughtful and responsible they are. Talk about customer service! We happened to stumble across Lakewood’s office as we were passing by, and we just quickly wanted to inquire as to the process for doing a commercial reroof on our church halls. In a matter of minutes, they committed to visiting the church with us, photographing the conditions, and walking us through the process while identifying potential pitfalls in our roof design. We went over their proposal in great detail and they were always extremely responsive and willing to accommodate our budget and needs. As a practice, the church was required to get two other competitive bids. Lakewood was by far the most competitive and willing to serve us. During construction, they were very detail-oriented, kept the project manager updated, and accommodated all our church events and service schedules—not to mention they were incredibly effective and prepared for working in the rain. Their crews always worked in a safe manner and we noticed very little impacts to our regular church operations. Their project manager, Christian, was particularly attentive to our needs. He was patient, friendly, and practical for the entire duration of the project, even when we gave him an extensive punch list from a third-party consultant to inspect the quality of his work. Finally, project close out was a breeze. Scheduling the final walk through was painless and their document processing seamless. Unlike other commercial roofers, Lakewood was incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful of our property and our needs. If you want a job done quickly, politely, and at a reasonable price, Lakewood is the way to go.

My advice to anyone considering Lakewood Roofing: Exercise extreme caution. Thoroughly read and re-read your estimate and contract. More importantly, ensure any sales pitches are documented and verified in writing before you sign anything. Failing to do so will likely leave you feeling as frustrated and regretful. Dont assume your sales person has all their ducks in a row. Communication after the fact will be met with silence

I had a great experience with Lakewood Roofing. They arrived on time and finished in one day, including cleanup. They made a protective perimeter around my home and covered my garage door with plywood, which I appreciated. Lastly, the representative, Lia, was very clear and helpful from the very beginning, and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. Lia assisted the contact with my insurance made everything very easy for me and my family.

Lakewood roofing was very helpful through out the process of re-roofing and installing new gutters. Priscilla was a delight to work with, she answered every question I had and was available via text or phone. I love the black gutters too.

Lia and Anna were wonderful at explaining the process and working my insurance company. The workmanship was excellent, very fast and they had it done and cleaned up completely in two days. The day they came to paint under the eaves from getting new plywood, they were here and gone the same day, and I have a two story home. I love my new roof and can't say enough about how happy I am with their customer service.

Don’t sign any paper of their work till you do YOUR own research . You can do your own insurance claim yourself. What they do is see how much annuity you have in your home with the insurance. So they can charge your insurance whatever they feel like it. They had my husband sign a form stating that once the insurance claim got approved, we had to give over our insurance claim check. Didn’t feel right doing so. We decided to ask for estimate, ask them multiple times what they were trying to charge us for, and still refused to answer us cause they wanted the insurance check first. Be careful with this company. Questioned them on whatever they’re trying to charge you or your insurance. At the end of the day, Your home insurance is the one that’s gonna be going up, if you do a claim. Keep that in mind. We ended up going to small people’s claim. Because they were trying to charge us 2500$ for service they NEVER did. Ended up only having to pay them $445 due to the form that was signed that I mentioned earlier. When they DIDN’T do any services to our house. Horrible Experience, I’m glad they didn’t do work on my house.
