Best drilling outfit in Washington!

Not recommended, home to very poor drivers

We asked Merit Construction to remodel this entryway and cutout into a functioning door and closed wall. They not only were responsive, easy to contact and accommodating, they finished the job ahead of schedule and left the worksite pristine. Everyone we had contact with went out of their way to make sure the job was seamless. I could not recommend this company enough.

The Merit team partnered with us to build our new, recycling facility in Tacoma. We were intentional and creative with the design and layout and were hopeful of the partnership with Merit based on strong recommendations. Merit’s craft complimented the talent of our planning team and which was deserving of its own applause. But the company’s defining attribute is its care for the project, and for the customer. COVID-19 erupted mid-way during our build-out but the communication, the care and the resolve of Merit’s leadership remained strong. Throughout our project, in its own twists and turns, we felt safe and we felt valued. We give only the highest praise for Merit’s services and an even louder praise of recognition and recommendation to its leadership and staff.

Merit Construction Northwest (MCNW) completed a renovation that created program spaces and a commercial kitchen in an aged building that is now the new home for our North Mason Teen Center. The team at MCNW worked closely with our project management team to ensure we stayed within our budget and overcame the many challenges that come with renovating an aged building. Their quality of work and dedication to the project far exceeded our expectations.

Very happy with the results of our bathroom remodel. A few hiccups along the way but the team made them right. Would definitely recommend them for your remodel job!

Thomas, the owner did a wonderful job of replacing a shower valve in our bath. The valve needed a total replacement so he had to desolder and resolder a new valve in. Took 5 hours to get our shower back. Kairos plumbing is the best and it's locally owned and operated in Yelm.

Kairos Construction updated our kitchen with countertops and a new tile backsplash. They were so helpful and timely. We love it!! Just the refresh we were looking for! We will definitely be using them for future home updates.

James and his subcontractors did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. He clearly outlined costs in his bid, both what was included and what wasn't. He hit the timeline for completion of work and stood by his work by taking care of the minor problem that did come up. We now have a beautiful new kitchen and already have Kairos Construction scheduled to do some additional work this winter in our basement. We could not be happier.
