Quick and easy to schedule. Came in 24 hours and addressed our dryer. We’ve used them 2x now and have had a good experience every time.

The company is easy to communicate with. The tech came within the window we expected, got right to work and fixed our Thor oven Thermostat in time for Thanksgiving! We were happy with the service. Price was comparable to other company’s in the area.

The service was excellent. Stanislav gave me several options for repairing my refrigerator to buying a new one. I chose to repair and he and Alec cleaned and replaced the compressor in my refrigerator.

We’ve had Appliance Repair help a couple times and both experiences were great. With the latest job, they had a really fast response to initial inquiry we sent through Angi and we had a technician come diagnose our dryer problem within a couple of days and was back the next day to fix it. It’s working great! We’ll call them again next time!

Had refrigerator issue where the top part of the freezer was not cold enough and the frozen foods were thawing out. The ice maker and the water dispenser also stopped working. The bottom part of the refrigerator was abnormally cold too. Called for service on Thursday morning and was able to get an appointment the next day, Friday. The service technician, Dan, was very friendly and professional. He troubleshooted the problem to the evaporator fan. Had to make another appointment for Monday to do the actual repair. The repair went quick and the refrigerator is working fine again.

Stanislav was on time, polite and efficient. He fixed my dryer quickly and I have had no issues since. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

The maintenance guy was very knowledgeable, and polite. He showed me what was wrong, what was needed to fix it and how much it would cost to make the repairs. He made the repairs, put the machine back in place, tested the machine was working properly. He also gave me some advice for properly loading the machine to avoid future problems.

I highly recommend this company for their exceptional service. My dishwasher, which is nine years old, suddenly stopped functioning and was not filling with water. After several weeks, I decided to schedule a service appointment. Interestingly, the dishwasher started right up for the technician! However, as he was assessing, he noticed water leaking from the overflow drain next to the faucet.

Serhii, the technician, promptly identified that the drain was clogged and required clearing. As he did not have the necessary equipment with him, he kindly offered to return the following morning or to accommodate my schedule. Upon his return, he arrived on time, demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and respect for my home.

Since the service, my dishwasher has been operating flawlessly, and I have encountered no further issues. Additionally, I appreciated the follow-up call I received a couple of weeks later to confirm that everything was functioning well and to remind me that I can reach out for any future assistance regarding this matter.

Prompt service And diagnosis. A belt was needed to repair dryer. Technician ordered and in less than a couple of days repairman technician returned with the part and completed repair. Saved money by not having to purchase a brand new dryer and hopefully will have a few more years with this dryer. Technician had a professional and friendly demeanor . Explained thoroughly what issue was. Cost was reasonable.
