During the January 14th power outage, after heavy rains and wind, got powered up with my generator only to hear my septic alarm going off. Not know a lot about the system, was able to stop the sound, but the light was still on. Called A+ for an appointment, they do my yearly inspection.
Jason, called me back on the day of the appointment. He had me describe the situation, then walked me through the resolution, with a detailed explanation. He saved me the show up fee, and I have a better understanding of my system. Great job, Jason. Highly recommend A+.

I am a project manager for a septic company, I use A+ services every week. They are very responsive, always on time, and very professional, and they are always available when im in a pinch. I would recommend A+ services to anybody. Big shout out to Noah and Summer and the rest of the staff thank you guys so much for everything that you do!

I was very impressed with the work that was done. I feel like Chris and Richie really helped me and wanted to give me the best service. They didn't try to take advantage of me and the fact that I know nothing about septic systems. They were also the most reasonably priced. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

In the course of getting my septic tank pumped we discovered that my old system needed some TLC including a new pump, and repair of my drain field. All the workers from A+ were very helpful and efficient. I especially wanted to commend Jason for working through each issue that came up. He made me feel confident that my system is back in working order and how I can keep it that way. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service. Informative. Easy to do business with. A+ is a great company with just the best people. We highly recommend them and can't say enough nice things about them! We've used them every time we've needed our system pumped (twice in 8 years) and they always tell us -- you can go a little longer. Who does that!? They're SO honest. And -- It's a septic system...sooooo, a yucky job in all. But, the team totally made it as painless and as easy as possible. Thank you!!! :)

Our home was struck by lightning on a Friday night. Richie came out that next day to check all the electrical work, when he wasn't suppose to have to work and made sure our home was safe. He did a thorough job and was very good at communicating as to what he saw, fixed what was needed at the moment to make sure we were safe. We really are so thankful for his honesty, being so thorough and his kindness to come out on a day off!

Had my septic tank pumped today by Chris and Sam. Can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this team. They were on time, professional, did business with a handshake and a "thank you for your business sir" as well as explain what they were doing and why. They were efficient, did not waste time or make me feel like I was in their way while they were pumping. I highly recommend A+ Services. Thanks allot guys!

My cellar flooded during the latest heavy rain period we had here in Tacoma. I called several places around town to find a plumber to come out and help as I knew our sump pump was possibly not working correctly. A+ services had the soonest available plumber which they said would still be next day. They put me on a waiting list in case someone else cancelled and luckily I heard back the same day. Just a few hours after my initial call they were able send someone to my home. Daniel and his partner showed up in the timeframe I was given. They were so professional and friendly. Daniel was able to find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. They eased my worries instantly because I could tell they knew what they were doing. I could not recommend them more to anyone looking for help with a situation that may be out of hand. I would trust these guys with any plumbing needs for sure. I also felt the price was reasonable for the amazing service I received.

I previously rated this company a 5-star, but I've since had a change of heart. Here's why:

The guys they sent out were kind, courteous, hard working, and communicative. This review in no way reflects their service, but rather the reduction in rating comes on the heels of receiving the bill which family members thought too high for the completed work (3x higher than quote due to additional work).

This is a decent company who was able to come out in a few days. They did the work required & requested. If you're on a tight budget, be sure to get all additional costs in writing and be aware which of those additional services you actually need.

They do great quality work at an amazing price. I highly recommend A+ Services for your plumbing electrical septic and contracting needs.

When another company (FlowHawk) lied about their availability. A+ Services got the job done! Friendly, Professional and stayed in contact so we didn't have to worry. Definitely scheduling more work with them!!

Robert was my specialized tech sent out. He was friendly, professional and detailed as far as process for septic pumping needed for selling my home and time frame it would take. Last week an electrician - Richie - and an elder gentleman - Jeff, i think - came to my house. I had a loose circuit breaker and several outlets as well as my kitchen lights were not working. The lights failed over time.
The floks from A+ were very professional. They came out within 3 hours of my call and called me to give me a heads up when they were 30 minutes away. Richie and Jeff were conscientious about my house and how i was feeling ....I think they could tell I was very nervous that I would not be able to afford the needed repairs...They wore booties in my house (and took them off when they had to go outside). Richie quickly assessed and explained the issues. I was provided with a quote to fix the specific issues and a second quote that included some much needed maintenance. I went for the narrow fix (for now). A+ Services was extremely efficient and affordable. Richie and Jeff completed the work on the first trip. It has been a week since they were at my house and everything still works great. Thank you A+ Services. I will definitely call you again .

We have used A+ for multiple come repairs/services over the years - electrical work, septic pumping/repairs, and now a new furnace. Regardless of which crew we work with, the A+ technicians are always friendly, professional, and do qualitywork. They seem to make taking care of their customers a priority, and have always done right by us.

My son and I had to dig out the area to deal with an urgent issue, while the area was uncovered I thought it was about time to have the system serviced. Bill, Rich, Chris, Randy .. you were all great to work with. I wish all my business dealings were as easy, candid, and friendly. There were no serious issues to deal with but, from the conversations we had and the questions they asked before starting the project, I was confident they had the skill and the knowledge to take care us.

Chris and Q were outstanding! They explained everything in detail and did not try to upsale on anything. We are new home owners so we are still learning! They really took their time and were patient with my husband teaching him about it all. I would recommend them ANYTIME. We will be going through A+ services for our home needs from now on.
