Very difficult company to work with. My lawn is in pretty poor shape so I wanted to schedule the first applications closer to 3 weeks apart. But their service wouldn't allow it. Everything is automated to re-schedule closer to 5 weeks apart and there is no way to get them to change it. I even tried to talk to a manager but they said my issue wasn't "authorized" to be routed to a manager.

We were on vacation and somebody came to our house and claimed they did a service. They may have done the front yard but not the back we have a brick wall with gates that have a deadbolt and lock not to include we have cameras. When I tried to get my money back and cancel service, I sat on hold most of 31 minutes just for it to go to upper management because they treated our front yard which is so small compared to the back yard they didn't do and only want to give a refund of 50%. I do not want to deal with a company that say they completed the work when they didn't.

I'd strongly recommend staying away from this company.
The primary reason I called was because I was in urgent need of some lawn care to take care of invasive weeds. My first phone call to ask about the service seemed to have gone very well, the guy understood what I was asking, at least I thought he did and he said that they would come out first to fertilize my yard but then another person would be out days later to talk to me and to treat the weeds in my yard. Well within a few days two guys came out to fertilize my lawn and I know it's really easy to spread fertilizer around a yard but these two guys literally took zero time or effort and definitely missed several spots in my very square yard so nothing complicated at all about even coverage of fertilizer and spent no more than 5 minutes to do the job.
After waiting another handful of days I was starting to wonder where the man was to help me with my invasive weed issue, so I called and to my surprise they had no idea that somebody was supposed to come out and take care of the weeds. So after letting them know how frustrated I was about being completely forgotten about which they really didn't seem to care all that much they finally sent someone out several days later to treat the weeds. The person who came by to my house to treat weeds never came to talk to me or discuss the type of weeds that needed to be treated. According to the paperwork or receipt they treated broadleaf type weeds and I know for a fact that those aren't the type of weeds I am dealing with and now it's been another several days and the weeds I'm having problems with are still happily growing and spreading. I've wasted all this time when I could have just found a much better local company who actually cares and who can actually help treat the issue I'm having. TruGreen is truly a careless corporation who only wants money and does not oversee what their employees are doing in the field. They need to rethink the structure of their company and the fundamentals of customer service.

Great service! Always appreciate the technicians . If I have questions, I text DUH and he knows the answer.

Applicator came to door. Applicator completed job and informed client to water lawn tonight.

TruGreen did an efficient yet thorough job on my yard today. I really appreciate the technician closing the gate to my backyard. He’s the first to do it in the last three visits. I’m happy with TruGreen.

So far, this time around, I am underwhelmed with the results but impressed that they will come out redo your service for free if you have issues. Also, when I called to cancel my service, they asked if they could have a manager come out and see the lawn and talk to me. That is supposed to happen today. Hopefully we make some progress with that.

The young man moved the tennis balls out of our yard so he was contaminating them with the service!

He did his job well and explained what he did and offered few things i could do1st time with trugreen see what happens

STAY AWAY!

We decided to cancel the service after the first application which we were told was not a problem. They charged us for the first application and refunded the remaining balance, or so we thought.

They apparently refunded us but never charged us in the first place. Three or four months after the refund they sent us a mail threatening to take us to a collection agent if we didn't pay back the money they refunded. After several arguments over the phone they were finally able to charge the credit card they were given in the first place.

Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe my experience - how these people are still in business is beyond me. I've seen lemonade stands run by ten year olds significantly outperform these people.

Great job. Answered my questions about safety for my pets and when I can water or mow.

So, far this year they have killed one side of my rose bushes and now they’re burnt spots where they over fertilized.

Unfortunately, I called them and after learning the Pricing and Services plus a co worker told me about their poor services & overcharges IN KENNEWICK LAST YEAR and how hard it was to get rid of them, I backed off but now they keep on calling me from different 800 numbers. Everyone Please use other 100 % local companies for your yard needs. My suggestion is STAY AWAY

I’ve been using TruGreen for a couple of years and I couldn’t be happier. The grass is weed free and green, the hardscape is weed free as well. The technicians are always very respectful and knowledgeable.

Thought I was going to use their service however when I called to get a price quote within a 3 day span I had about 12 phone calls from Truegreen to see if I had made a decision. I called to ask them to remove me from their call list due to the amount of calls I was receiving., speaking with the technician I started to make a suggestion to pass on to corporate to maybe not call so many time and was hung up on.

Tru Green techs are always respectful and professional. My yard has improved since they treated my grass.

My tech was very knowledgeable, he explained what he was goong to do and what he was putting on my lawn and why, fast efficient and professional.

Pasco Wa - New customer this year. Started out great, been 2 months since my 1st treatment of trees and lawn fertilizer. Called and was told they had a scheduling problem with IT and were sorry. Lawn looks terrible because it needs treatment. Not impressed they don't have a backup system like (print out the schedule for the next three months) in case the computer goes down or the program fails. Asked them to move up my treatment to this week and was told they had no openings. Not impressed with the service at this time

Professional quick service. Didn’t know he arrived and made contact with him in the backyard. He said he was applying the Revive application. Had to remind him to apply the Revive on the other side of driveway. It was as his first time servicing my property. He was quick, and professional.

From my experience as a first time, Trugreen customer if you have an existing lawn that is healthy and doesn’t need a lot of extra work and you want someone just to show up not talk to you and just do it. Trugreen is a good company to go with but you have questions about your lawn with the technician forget it they don’t have company phones so the technician can’t talk to you one on one and most of the time when he says he’s gonna be there or the computer says he’s gonna be there at a certain time. Never once has he shown up I don’t think it’s necessarily his fault but he has not shown up on time. They gave me the timeframe and what she was supposed to show up I was sat at my house for about an hour and a half two hours and nothing and then the minute I left to go back to work he shows up so sorry company is not for me. Gonna try another one.

Jamie was our specialist today and he did an amazing job. We have always enjoyed the service but today he really made a difference! After applying our fertilizer, he took the time to get out his blower and blow all of the excess off of the patio and around the pool. This is always been a nuisance for me as the dogs track it in and try to eat it. You don’t know how much I appreciate what he did today! Thank you!
