TerraGraphics was looking for a local company to do our yearly backflow testing and came across Backflow Tri-Cities. I inquired online about a backflow test. Keith got back to me the next day and the test was done within a week! Made it so easy and even sent the necessary report to the City of West Richland!

Backflow testing is back. We have been wanting to get our full backflow valve removed and capped for years now. We called this newer company to come out and do the required testing per West Richland code. We talked and found out they do complete removal and capping per city code. In less than a week Backflow Tri cities showed up on time and on the date they set. In under two ours he was done with the job. Keith Peterson was one of the most friendly folks I have meet in a long time. His communication and work was 5 star IMO. Keith left the area he was working on better shape than he found it. OUTSTANDING work ethic. We highly recommend him for all backflow testing and replacement needs.

After struggling with other companies to get work done on my back flow I found Keith and Backflow Tri-Cities. He was able to give me a quote, we scheduled, he showed up on time and did a great job.
