Sean and crew at Spruce Properties were great to work with. They provided plenty of communication and answered all of my questions. The team was very friendly and professional. They also helped me with some details I hadn't considered that made the finished result that much better. Steve did a great job during the inspection explaining everything and answering my questions. They communicated very well from the begining to the end. Special thanks to the crew Steven, Sebastian and Tyler (hope i got that right), did a great job during install and answered all questions that popped up.

Sean and his crew were a pleasure to work with on our roofing project. They were very responsive to all our questions and completed the job in a timely manner. We now have a new roof with skylights that we love. We will definitely use them again.

I used them for the first time and received a quote for repair for my house. I thought it was reasonable and they were kind so I booked the appointment. After the appointment was done I received the bill and I was pleasantly surprised. It was substantially lower that then the quote and I was given. I called and I was told that after the work was done he didn't feel good or it didn't take the amount that was on the quote. Who does that now days? They're the best company that I've ever used. Will defiantly use them again. Great job Spruce!!!!

We had Spruce Properties remove an old cantilever deck from our house. They also removed the sliding glass door that provided access to the deck and replaced it with a wall and window. I was very impressed with the professionalism Chris and Hunter displayed throughout the entire project. Chris listened to all my concerns and took the time to fully answer all my questions, explain other options and show me newer construction tips and techniques used today. I was also very satisfied with detailed cleanup at the completion of the project. I am extremely pleased with the work Chris and Hunter did on our house and I would definitely use Spruce Properties for future projects.

Great professionalism, communication and service. Super happy with our new roof. The job site was left very tidy. When Spruce came out to bid on the work, they took the time to put a temporary patch on the old roof to stop rainwater from coming down into our bedroom ceiling. Very much appreciated.

Sean and his crew from Spruce Properties constructed a garage & workshop using Premier SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels) from Puyallup, WA, on our property. They were superb! We chose a metal roof, Hardie Plank exterior siding, and SIPS panels to create a durable, fire-resistant, well-insulated structure. Sean subcontracted the excavation, concrete work, and roofing and did the rest of the work in-house. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the appearance of the building. We just had the guys from Spruce properties replace much of the support structure under our 40 year old deck. There was no attempt to up sell us to replacing the entire deck. They did what we asked with absolutely no drama. Their bid was detailed and completely professional.

Spruce Properties recently did a complete renovation of our bathroom. They replaced the old bathtub/shower combo with a lipless walk-in shower, installed new wall tiles, a heated floor and replaced the old galvanized plumbing. We’re totally pleased with the results. But beyond that the workers were very pleasant to work with and they showed everyday as scheduled and adjusted their schedule when we needed a week off to take care of a personal matter. We would definitely consider using Spruce Properties again for any new renovations.

We have worked with Spruce twice on home projects and would recommend them to anyone! We missed taking a before picture, but thanks to Spruce we have new windows, a new back door, beautiful new tile work inside, and new concrete steps out back. Needing a new roof and hiring a good company can be a daunting task. We chose Spruce property's over 7 other company's . The main reason for choosing this company was the utmost professionalism from start to finish of this project . Steve was a great communicator from the initial bid (which was presented with photos and explanations of problem areas that needed addressing) and worked well within our budget and time frame. The roofing crew was also amazing and very professional. They showed up on time, explained what was being done on each given day and was very respectful of not only our property but our neighbors as well. The crew also did an amazing job with on site cleanup and my property actually looked better than when they started! I consider myself a tough customer because of my own job experience being a sub contractor in the past for 30 years. Spruce Properties definitely exceeded our expectations and can't recommend them enough!

Great contractor, completed our roof in a timely fashion ! I would highly recommend this firm, very high quality workmanship.
The workmen were outstanding ! Jason the foreman on our project went above the call of duty to make sure we were happy with all phases of their work. When the project was complete, they left the grounds spotless and even used a large magnet to make sure no nails were left behind.

I cant say enough as to how pleased we were with all those involved with our Roofing project. High quality !!!!!
