What a thorough job the techs did cleaning our ductwork and dryer vent system! We are very impressed. They didn’t mind us asking questions, they took care in moving things out of the way and putting them back in the same locations, and they took precautions so our indoor cat remained indoors, too. We will definitely call them the next time we need to have the vents cleaned. Thank you Tim & Andrew. Great job!

I had the chimney cleaned but the tech ended up shattering the glass door. The guy I spoke with on the phone said he'd take care of it and to send the bill for fixing it. Sent the bill twice and they still haven't paid me for the broken door, and another tech from another company said they did an okay job actually cleaning it
