I’m very happy with the service I received today. My technician was Jared Middleton And he was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. I called As You Wish Friday night and they sent a technician out on Monday, keeping me informed of the arrival time which allowed me to schedule my day. Trent arrived to assess an electrical outlet that was catching fire when used. He was calm, straightforward, and explained electrical components and repairs in an accessible way that helped us understand the problem and next best steps. He walked us through the electrical panel, and the exterior wiring on the house. He also created a quote onsite for recommended repairs so we knew the cost upfront. I really appreciated his expertise and transparency. Despite a small electrical fire, I knew I was in good hands. While we reviewed the estimate he installed a new outlet to prevent any further fires. Thank you!

Rich has been very great and informative. He was very helpful in making us understand what was going on with our heat pump and air handler. He also provided some estimates for future services. 10/10 would recommend.
