Really great all around. Gu-Wi was the most responsive contractor I contacted for an estimate. They arrived on time, had the best price, and did excellent work. They worked with my insurance when insurance had questions about the scope of work.

The workers themselves took extra time to inform me I had a clogged drain that my old downspout was tied into. They then spent extra time to redirect my downspout water away from the house. They could have done the quick thing, tied into the existing blocked drain and I may not have noticed for months. I wouldn't even have blamed them! So, I truly appreciated their integrity on this. I'd definitely work with them again.

Lastly, I loved their online estimate and payment system. Very slick and professional.

So easy to schedule! They gave an estimate based on the info I sent them. They missed a shed (which in fairness is really easy to miss), and when I contacted them they had someone out the next day. Gutters a really clean and they had not been cleaned out in a long time. Great service and would use again. Very reasonable pricing and high quality work.

I have been a customer of Gu-Wi Gutters and Windows for several years, initially drawn to their excellent service as a small business specializing in window, roof, and gutter cleaning. However, my experience with them has changed significantly as the company has grown. Initially, my experience with Gu-Wi was outstanding when they operated as a small business. The service was personalized, the quality of work was exceptional, and I felt valued as a customer. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in customer service and overall management. As the company has expanded, it seems they have struggled to maintain the level of personalized service and attention to detail that initially set them apart. I now feel more like a client number in their database rather than a valued customer. While Gu-Wi Gutters and Windows still provides great cleaning services, I would caution potential customers about the changes in customer service and management as the company has grown. If you value personalized service and attention to detail, you may want to consider alternatives or set clear expectations upfront.

One of their drivers was extremely unprofessional. Yesterday around 1pm I was tailgated because I wasn’t driving “fast enough” for one of their drivers. As someone driving around representing their company, they should be driving cautiously and professionally.

I rent a property and services were scheduled by the owner. The technician showed up and asked me what parts of the house were to be done, despite having the work order. There’s a detached unit in the backyard that was also on the work order, but the technician didn’t know how to read the work order and asked me what “ADU” meant. (Additional Detached Unit). They did not remove the debris after the job was complete and instead filled my own yard waste bin to overflowing, making it too heavy for me to move on my own. This also left me with a pile of my own yard waste from my gardens in the driveway that I had been drying out to put in the bin, that had to continue to sit taking up space in my driveway, because I was unable to use my bin. They did not communicate they would be using my bin, that I pay to have picked up out of pocket, and when I reached out to them to rectify the situation they stated they would send someone back out in two days. That came and went and they never showed up. They said they’d send someone the next day, they never showed up that day either. I had to schedule an additional pickup with Republic to have my yard waste bin emptied after they failed to follow through.

UPDATE: The dispatcher contacted me this morning to inform me the technician claimed he came to the house yesterday and knocked on the door, no one answered, and he couldn’t find the bin.

I texted the company at 4:30pm to ask for an updated time of arrival. I was told the technician was still at his current job and the dispatcher contacted him again to remind him of the pickup, and he would be by after he finished his current job. My husband had been home since 2:00pm, and I got home at 7:00pm. If the tech had *actually* come to the house and knocked on the door, our dog would have alerted to someone being there. And if the tech had actually gone to the front door, he would have seen the bin still sitting exactly where it had been placed 3 days ago, in front of the fence and gate, in plain view. Instead, the tech lied about coming to the house.

Antonio and Juan did a great gutter install today. They worked hard and efficiently and finished the job in a few hours. They were punctual, did a thorough job, and cleaned up after the job. Gu Wi has a happy customer. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs their gutters repaired.

Got a quote from this company to clean about 25% of our roof (not very big), which needed light moss removed. This is something that I will end up doing, and expect that it will take me about 4 hours, most of which will be rigging anti-fall equipment. The quote that I got was for literally thousands more than any of the competing quotes that I got. We also had them give us a second quote for our carport roof, and even that was wildly inflated beyond what was reasonable. I ended up cleaning that one on my own and it only took a couple of hours, and saved me over a thousand dollars to just do it myself.

Looking at what they were wanting to charge for their moss killer spray, I was able to find the exact same stuff they claimed they were using for about 10% the cost they wanted to charge me (this was ontop of labor to apply it).

I suspect they came to our house, assumed we had more money then sense, and just tried to gouge the hell out of us. One of my neighbors, who's roof was basically a solid sheet of moss, had theirs cleaned up wonderfully for about 20% of the cost that this company quoted me to do our roof. our roof probably doesnt even need to be cleaned anyway, I am just on a push to get everything tidied up before winter.

This is the second time we've used Gu-Wi to clean moss from our roof. The first time, we also had them install gutter guards. We went back to them because our first experience was so great. This time did not disappoint, and I cannot recommend them highly enough--they provide outstanding service from first contact (they make it easy to communicate w/them) through to final payment and receipt. Their estimate and final bill match (no hidden surprises!); the actual person who did the work was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our property. His work on our roof and gutters was *meticulous*, he worked diligently, and when he was finished, he knocked on the door to let us know he was finished--after he'd removed all of the equipment, ensured that the debris was ALL gone, and everything was better than he found it. And the support/office staff are equally outstanding--they were in communication with us at every step, apprising us of when to expect the service staff to arrive; followed up before invoicing to ensure our complete satisfaction with the job; sent us an itemized invoice; and then sent a thank-you and some recommendations for further services--no pressure, just options. These folks are remarkable! If I could give ten stars, I would do so gladly; they definitely deserve the full FIVE stars!

Omar came to scrape the moss off of our roof and did an awesome job! He and his partner took great care to not damage the shingles, cleaned up all the debris and fixed a couple downspouts. Excellent job & friendly customer service! I would definitely Recommend! A+! Thank you!

I want to let you know that Sergio and Willian did an AMAZING job at my house yesterday. I was so impressed with the time and thoroughness they took in completing the job. Not only did my roof and gutters look 100x better, but they left my yard (where the gutter and roof gunk had fallen) better than it was prior to their arrival. I appreciate their professionalism and the care they took in leaving my property better than it was when they arrived. Great job. I am so happy with the results. Thank you!

I received a flyer from Gu-Wi in the mail and needed a roof cleaning so called them and set up an appointment for a roof inspection for the quote. The technician showed up as scheduled and did the inspection. Heard nothing back from them for 3 weeks so I called to ask about the status of the quote. The person on the phone said she would find out and get back with me, and I never heard back from them again. I had the job done by another firm who did an outstanding job. Two stars because the person who came out for the inspection was professional and nice.

Dane was fantastic cleaning all the windows and screens in my home. The windows sparkle and he was so professional and efficient. I am now a forever client. Thank you so much!

The Gu-Wi Gutters team, Marvin and Gabriel, recently cleaned the gutters of my home. They arrived on time, were very polite, worked efficiently, protected my garden and porch areas around the house and left the everything clean. The Gu-Wi manager, Blaine, facilitated the appointment, communicated well and was very friendly over the phone. Great job everyone.

For the past few years, we've entrusted the care of our gutters and windows to Miguel at Gu-Wi, and we continue to be impressed with his service. This year, we experienced a slight misunderstanding regarding the service schedule. However, one call to Miguel quickly resolved the issue. He went above and beyond by personally coming to our home and ensuring the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Miguel is truly mindful, considerate, and incredibly thorough in his work. This year, he cleaned our metal roof and gutters, as well as both the interior and exterior of our windows. After he finished, I took a close look at the results and found the work to be exceptionally well done. We highly recommend Miguel and Gu-Wi for their reliable and high-quality services.

Very negative experience getting an estimate and attempting to start the work. The estimator needed several rescheduled visits to provide an estimate, and then did not provide work teams with information on what parts they needed/ what they needed to do (they were dispatched and had to leave without doing anything)), resulting in months of wasted time and effort. I ended up cancelling the service after hearing nothing but silence from them, and finding a much more responsive and professional operation to complete the work (who actually communicated clearly and set reasonable expectations)

This is our first time using their services but I have relatives who have. They communicated well, on time, quick and did a great job.
