Called in to have my chimney inspected as we were concerned some birds may have gotten in and made a mess of things. Chimney Sweep reached back out very quickly and I made an appointment. They originally scheduled me for a cleaning however upon inspecting the chimney they told me it looked good enough that it didn’t require one, so they only charged me for the safety inspection which saved me at least $50. Was very impressed with how professional my service advisor was; great communication and very knowledgeable in the trade. Would highly recommend to anyone in south Seattle looking for a solid chimney sweep.

In actuality, this company saved my fireplace. I was concerned about the expense, but their employees showed there promptly, identified the issue, and fixed it. They also provided me with some useful maintenance advice.
