    I’ll try to be concise, but I could spout praise on Anthony for hot minute. Key words: Expertise, knowledge, patience, A+ communication, considerate, personable. I contacted Anthony with the desire of converting our garage into additional living space. -Planning- >The initial plan was creating a mother-in-law type suite. Anthony came out to our place, took detailed notes of our wants/needs/budget, measured the space and took reference photos. >He presented us with three potential options, sort of a “baby, mamma, papa” situation in terms of features and budget. >Anthony was SO patient with our design revisions. Budget was a main factor for us. He was super conscientious of keeping the key features while keeping the budget where we hoped. >Communication through the whole process was on point. He kept us up to speed during the permitting process. Also he was very transparent during the process of finding sub-contractors and ensured he found reputable folks, people he and we could trust. -Execution- >Once we had permits in hand Anthony got to work immediately. The overall schedule/timeline for the project was written up and shared with us. He was provide almost daily progress reports. >He took such care in protecting our existing space with floor cover and plastic wall sheets. >Anthony was able to keep to his estimated timeline. (I don’t count the delay waiting for permits. He hounded their office as much as professionally possible). >His design abilities are exceptional. He is schooled and trained and it shows. >His craftsmanship is of the same caliber. He ensured a high quality build and I have no concerns with the longevity of the foundation and framing of our new space. -Bonus- >Anthony is just a great guy. He was pleasant and easy to work with. He would stop and chat with my kids and humor their questions/rants. >This was our first major project; our first time hiring out. We experience NONE of the stereotypical horror stories that people share about hiring a contractor. When we have more projects in the future, I’m calling Anthony.

He was awesome to work with -- responsive during the planning, really fast at getting the job done, and the price was very fair. He also installed some doors for us and built some custom trim.
