We had a flooding in our upstairs kitchen that traveled downstairs to our other living area. Horrible stuff- water got into the floors, ceiling, walls!!
Service Master by Antim’s did an amazing job on the repair and restoration. First off, their response was super-fast. They arrived within 24hrs and started the water damage remediation process immediately. And this was our first time experiencing this, so the entire situation was a bit overwhelming. But Elijah took his time explaining the process. And he remained very responsive throughout, keeping us appraised of everything that was happening.
The entire team was very efficient, professional and easy to work with. Always arriving on time and had great attention to detail, including taking great care packing up our stuff in boxes- and they must have taken photos because they returned them right where they were before! Costil did check-ins with us to make sure we were always happy with the work, and made sure the flooring, cabinetry in the kitchen and everything else turned out just perfect.
And Rebeca’s work detailing the damages and itemizing all repair work needed was great and very helpful for filing a claim with the insurance company.
I truly believe the whole process would have been a complete nightmare if not for this team. They honestly went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about them!! Well – my mom tells everyone that they are angels that were sent to her, so ..Lol.
Anyways, we are all very thankful we got to work with them, and are very grateful for their amazing work!! I would recommend them to everyone. 10/10 for sure!!

Serve pro did the job for me initially, and left the job a mess. They also spread mold throughout the home. so I called Servicemaster and they were completely professional and finished the job in a timely manner!! I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs their services!

Elisei and his team helped us with an unfortunate mold situation. He was very communicative when he would be around to take care of the problem areas and what needed to be done. He made sure to remove all damaged areas, clean them, dry them, and repair them so that our home was safe for us. Had a water leak through the ceiling of a basement finished room. It also affected the hard wood floor above the room. Service Masters Antims responded to our call promptly, assessed the situation correctly and started the remediation process on the same day. We were so impressed that we’ll use their services for the restoration.

There is not of enough space in this box to praise the job done by Antim's Quality Services. From day one phone call to the last day of work there was nothing less then per 100% professionalism and courtesy from this company. Not only did they go the extra mile to fix the damage, they searched until they found the cause as well and fixed that as well. They were in touch with other professionals to have all the work done in a timely and professional manner. Turn key operation from mitigation to reconstruction. We were away for a while and when we returned we found we had a flood from a broken valve in the toilet tank. The water flooded the bathroom, out to the hall, dining room and living room and the water rained down in to the basement. Service master by Antim's showed up quickly to begin the dewatering and drying out the floors and basement.
They then began the restoration of the all the damage caused by the water. Their representative and coordinator Rebecca did a fantastic job. Her team of workers did a great job of rebuilding and fixing all the damage and we were able to move back in quickly. We are very satisfied with this company..

We had a fire sprinkler break in the middle of the night. We called ServiceMaster by Antim's Quality Service. They arrived promptly to start cleaning and drying all three floors of our house. Elisiah, Rebecca and their whole team were extremely helpful, available, and efficient. It is rare to find compassion in a company like this. They were informative every step of the way and me and my family are grateful for the quality of service we received.

I had a kitchen pipe joint fail and flood the cabinets upstairs, the hardwood floor and the finished room in the basement. I was very pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail shown by this company. They were able to correctly analyze the damage and treat the water damage. They scheduled appointments, were on time, thorough and finished all projects. I highly recommend this organization.

Service master was quick to respond to water damage and perform mold mitigation.

However the demolition crew made many costly mistakes while taking apart what could have been salvageable material.

While uninstalling my toilets the crew failed to drain and clean the inside. The crew left a toilet full of biohazard in my garage to rot for the summer season and stink up my home.
The crew also promised to monitor the home everyday and admitted at the end of the job they had failed to visit the site for more than 7 days after we mentioned the home had a break in attempt while under contract.

So unprofessional.

We would highly recommend Service Master to anyone. Our basement flooded and they handled it as true professionals. On-time, great service, top quality work, excellent communication and follow up. As a general contractor building luxury homes, it was very refreshing to work with a company that every employee on our project represented. Service Master is a first-class operation.
