Nick and Wyatt were tremendous. We had numerous companies tell us they couldn’t pump our septic but these guys took on the challenge and did an outstanding job! It wasn’t easy, but they stuck to it and completed the job. Hardworking and knowledgeable. They will be our go to company for here on.

I called Tri-county this week. They were able to get us in right away. They provided an accurate quote. They phone service was exceptional, they answered the phones on my first call. The receptionist were very professional as well. My husband loved Nick's service today. He was very warm, communicative and prompt service. He took care of our yard and did not cause any damage. Thank you for having such a great employee. If you are looking for a great company for your septic service, this is it.

Great Customer Service!! Spent hours trying to find someone to empty our camper black tank at the Jr Livestock Show. Their very pleasant office staff answered first call and got us into to an already packed same day schedule. The driver called us directly and was on site very quickly, working his way through the congested dry camping area. Highly recommend!!!

I had issues with my tub and toilets not draining so I called to have my septic pumped, they came out the same day and pumped and inspected my tank, they were friendly and efficient, the price was affordable, I have used this company before and was happy with their work. This is the only company I plan on using and recommend them to everyone.

Rick’s expertise & honesty saved me thousands of dollars! I didn’t know where to turn or who to trust when the first estimate (a rooter crew/company) aren’t plumbers, and they’re saying it’s septic issue. When I called Rick, he was able to explain a few different possibilities after I explained what was happening, and it would have cost me many thousands if I hadn’t called him. They checked up on me after the fix, worked after hours, and on the weekend to make sure my problem was solved. Rick also has great, trustworthy connections if you have a clog that is not septic related. I will always call Tri-County Septic team first.

We are beyond grateful Nicholas came at 4pm on the Friday after Christmas to pump/clean so our home could have running water for the weekend
He took the time to educate me for a better working septic system in the future and even wrote down what kind of lid to buy!

Would definitely recommend. Scott was at my house within a couple hours of calling for a kitchen sink clogged I couldn't fix after a couple days trying He was quick, professional, and well priced. After calling around he was about half the price from what other companies wanted. Do yourself a favor and don't call the big companies. Use a small business owner like Scott and J & R Drain Cleaning instead. I know If i need these sevices again he will be who I call.

Had Scott out to the house for a plumbing issue that we knew nothing about. What could have been a mainline issue turned out to be relatively minor, and he was out in 30 minutes. Our entire house is operating at full efficiency now when before, we thought we were stuck with some of the problems that we deemed a consequence of buying an old house. He was very nice, honest, and his prices were some of the best in the city. It was all extremely convienent. Would recommend to friends and family.

A truly great experience with Spokane Septic! I saw their truck on my street, emptying my neighbor’s septic tank, and realized I was far overdue for emptying mine. So I approached the technician who happened to be the owner, Brian, and he was not bothered in the slightest to come over and check out my situation as soon as he’d finished with my neighbor. Upon inspection he informed me that it was great timing as I was maybe only a month or two away from a messy situation. Even better, Brian was able to empty his truck and come back to service my septic that same day! If you need great service at a fair price, don’t hesitate to call Spokane Septic.
