Electrician Derek and wife/customer service person Jenny are the perfect combination of personable and professional. I had so many questions about my solar installation, and Derek - who was onsite throughout the solar installation - never seemed to tire answering them. The price he quoted was more than fair. (Don't tell Derek, but I've caught myself wondering if the price was fair to HIM!) His workers were always so polite and clean. I had a deadline, and they worked through nasty weather to get it done in a timely manner. I truly got the impression that customer satisfaction was paramount to the whole operation. I am very pleased with the project!

Had a dead non-working system from SolarEdge after 5 years and after 5 months of chatting I finally decided to get rid of it and had Mount Solar come out, they changed out the optimizers to inverters and took out the SolarEdge inverter and installed their switch box. System is up and preforming good on an overcast day. Waiting to see a Sunny Day and how great it works compared to SolarEdge. Today is the first full day and I am happy to see it working after fighting SolarEdge for 5 months with no results.

I had the great pleasure of working with Derek and Jenny on my solar project.   Derek is a master electrtion and has an  excellent understanding of how to install solar.   Derek was able to understand my specific needs of my solar project.   There is a   great difference  when working with mount solar vs other solar companies.   I reached out to several other solar companies but most other companies were unable to understand my specific neees for my future.  Derek is a master of solar in all  of the complex areas. Solar  is not just put up panels.  There are things like structure and design.  working with everyone involved such as the power companies.  Pulling permits for the work to be done.   Mount solar is not a pig on lipstick company.  This company is no high pressure sales.    They want to give people a change to understand the  project.  The only thing for me was the timing for my project.  Mount solar is a very busy company and they try to be respectful  of other people.    Mount solar is a partner for life and very transparent in the solar space.  The time and energy that Derek and Jenny put into this company is above and beyond what other solar installers do.  Living in Washington state presents its own set of challenges for the solar energy companies because we can have very unpredictable weather that can cause very dangerous situations and mount solar takes that into consideration for any one's solar installation.

I was always interested in getting solar for the house, but never did it. I met Jenny and Derek at the Electrify Expo in Seattle and am so glad I did! They came by the house to see what we had to work with and were great about explaining my options and giving suggestions, in person. They did not try to sell a larger system than I needed, like many other companies. I decided to go with a larger system because I wanted room for expansion. Derek is a master electrician and definitely knows his stuff. He was very professional and communicative throughout the process and worked hard to get the job done quickly and properly.
