Quit sending threatening emails to your customers that pay their bills on time/early. Check clears my bank 10 days before the bill is due, and I get threatening email that my bill is overdue. Call you idiots up just to hear you say that there is no problem, bill paid on time. Has happened several times! Pull your head out!

Ana was super helpful. She addressed all our concerns and even brought up ways of making paying online easier and more convenient for us. She was clear and concise with explaining all our issues and handled them with the utmost professionalism. She was very kind in how she spoke with us and I’ve had to deal with many of those who are not kind when it comes to paying bills.
