Mo, Glenn, and the rest of the team were great to work with for water mitigation. Everyone was very professional and careful with our home. Mo explained the whole process, and was very thorough and accommodating. He made sure that we could still have our home as functional as possible throughout the mitigation process.

Jason, LaTonya, and Nick were so helpful, kind, efficient, and they got my basement cleaned quickly. They worked with my landlady to secure payment, and they were available in under a week to help me with a job the former contractor had left undone for months. I came home from a trip to Italy. Although the leak in a cold water pipe had been repaired, I used Servpro to remove the wet hardwood flooring, dry out the structures within the walls and spray for mold. The process took five days. At every point I was informed of what was being done and why. Every question was answered. I felt very relieved by the capable and kind responses of Moe who was always on time, cheerful and helpful.

Servpro did a great job drying out and removing damage after a leak in our home. We are now confident that repairs can be done without worry of mold or rot developing.

He was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. I had confidence that he fully understood the situation. As far as having the actual work done, Marquise was here daily. He was friendly, professional, courteous, hard working, willing to go the extra mile, trustworthy, knowledgeable and all around exceptional. I had full trust in his ability and wasn’t let down. He worked hard to salvage everything possible. My kids and I loved having him here and were sad to see him go. Because of the excellent work done, I’m having Servepro do the restoration as well. Every employee was great: Ken and Leonard as well. If you want your job done correctly, please don’t hesitate to trust your home to these young men. I’m looking forward to reviewing the restoration as well.

My experience with Servpro was amazing. I had water damage to my bedroom and bathroom on a Friday. Nick was there the next morning setting up fans to dry it out. He was there first thing Monday morning and started the cleanup. I had to move completely out of my bedroom much to my dismay but Nick set me up in my living room so that I was able to stay in my home which took some thought on his part along with his wonderful experience. Nick took care of my home like he would his own, they came back and put everything back after the contractors had finished. It truly was amazing. There was one complication but after my call to them that was fixed and completed great. Jason was also very helpful in making sure that Nick was my service person throughout the whole process. I would recommend both of these guys highly.

I cannot say enough good things about SERVEPRO of Tacoma. We hired them after we experienced significant water damage. They were always professional, worked hard, and got in and out of my home as soon as possible (while still doing an excellent job). Marquise was absolutely wonderful -- always willing to answer my questions and kept me in the loop about the steps he was taking during the entire mitigation process. Because of him and his crew, I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I had great experience with ServPro. They were professionals, took the time to explain the project and did a great job. I want to thank all the technicians that came to work on the project, especially the 1 st technician, Mau I believe that’s his name, he’s Samoan I think. He did such a great job and worked very hard. We were very impressed with the excellent service and repair done by Nick Blakeway. In the last 3 months, Nick took care of 2 separate floods with mold present in our condo. He is very professional, a hard worker, extremely neat and meticulous, even when covering our floors, appliances and immovable objects on the walls. His friendly personality was a added plus!
We would gladly use Nick’s services in the future but certainly hope they won’t be needed!!

From the beginning of my initial contact with ServPro, I was very impressed with their communication and customer service. They follow up with you fast and sends out a pro out fast as well. There was a leak in my ceiling in one of my rooms. Andrew Johnson and his crew came out to mitigate water damages and they were very punctual and professional. I really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful they were in handling the situation and continuously kept me informed. They got the job done fast and on time.

Nick Blakeway, Amanda and Tamra were hard workers and very professional in packing and very meticulous identifying all damaged items. Always on time to work and kept their area of operations clean daily. My wife and I are very pleased to have worked with them. Also when I got sick and was hospitalized they sent me a get well card that touched my heart 💝 during my recovery. Thanks guy’s we will always remember you and your courtesy/caring attitude.

Had the pleasure of Burg,Moe, Drew,William, and H all working in our home and totally respectful, care and consideration was a 10 for our family. Mahad and Ty were great! They were just so kind and always made sure they were respectful of our space especially with 5 littles running around and never did they seem annoyed. They actually always made time throw a quick wave or smile at them. They were really professional and made our first ever incident seem less scary by how well they explained things out. Burgess was also really great as the lead in making sure all of my concerns were quickly addressed. We’ve had a few people in and out of the house the past few weeks and I’m actually sad to see them go (but also really excited to be getting my house back together). These are people that know what they are doing and are gonna make sure you get quality work. They didn’t take short cuts and always went the extra mile to ensure we got what we were happy. Would totally recommend them and while I hope I never need them in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them first.

All staff were very knowledgeable of their responsibilities and followed Tamra's instructions appropriately. They were all friendly, and courteous and performed a thorough job of cleaning and were very careful with our belongings the entire time. The work was completed in a timely manner and we are completely satisfied.

I worked with Marquise and Mo's team and they we're absolute pros. Knew exactly what needed to be done and I always felt that I was completely aware of next steps. They completed the project extremely fast and the high level of communication kept me comfortable the whole time. Would work with them again in the future.

We had a burst pipe and significant flooding to both our downstairs and upstairs. Marquis came the next day and began work right away. Andrew the project manager, Will, Ricky, Burge, Elijah and Jordan were the crew that completed the work over the next week. Always, friendly, prompt and willing to answer all my questions about the process. They worked super quickly and I'd recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this situation. Great company!

Mahad and Ty were incredible. Not only with their attention to detail, but answering my questions and being respectful when in my home and if my kids wandered around. The scope of work ended up lasting two weeks, and they were very professional and friendly during every interaction. They were very knowledgeable and skilled.
