I texted Alexander at 10pm and he was here by 10:30am the next day to fix our dryer! Within 2 hours my cold, noisy dryer was hot, silent, and functioning perfectly! He diagnosed the issue quickly and headed to his shop ten minutes away to grab the parts and fix it on the spot. I expected weeks of waiting for a shipment, then more time for installation. Nope! He got it done so fast. He found another issue while installing the new parts and fixed it for free. He had the option of brand name parts or off brand to save some money. Before he left he gave advice on which brand of appliances is best for each type and which products to use to maintain them well. I learned to never use self clean on your oven! Great experience. 10/10 would use his services again!

They were quick to set up an appointment to come and diagnose our refrigerator, explained the problem and what was required to fix it (a new evaporator fan motor) and how much it would cost (very reasonable price), and got the fridge up and running again quickly. The entire process was handled very efficiently and profesionally, and I won't hesitate to contact them again if I have any appliance issues in the future.

Alexander showed up on time and was extremely professional. He did outstanding work in diagnosing and fixing my double oven. Will definitely be going straight to him for any of my future appliance repairs. Highly recommended!

Alexander was honest, on time, professional, and had fair prices! He up letting us know our appliance was not actually the underlying issue after looking at our electrical. A call out today was about $110 and after not being able to fix the issue with that appliance he spent some time giving good advice about other appliances in our home. Would absolutely recommend.

Alexander was swift to help repair my fridge that was just 2 years old. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem and took time to make sure the work was completely done according to his high expectations for himself. Then, when he was done, he went through my home looking at each appliance and giving me advice on each one. He also sent me links on how to care for them. I can’t say enough on how well he took care of me and my appliances…even the ones he didn’t service!

Had the best service on my appliances from Alexander. He was on time and so informative on all my appliances. I have a Viking range and he was able to service it. Fantastic! My fridge broke Saturday. Didn't realize until late afternoon, when all repair places were already closed. I sent UP Appliance Repair a message, hoping they'd get back to me when they opened on Monday... low and behold they got back to me at 7 p.m. and Alex was at my door by 8 p.m. the same day! He diagnosed the problem (broken fan) and then went from my place (Spanaway) to his storage in UP to get the part, returned and installed it! My fridge was fix that night! That commitment to service is very rare these days. Alex was super professional, kind and knowledgeable, and as many others pointed out gave great tips on keeping other appliances top shape and even sent me some links for resources and products to help clean, care for and maintain my other appliances. Highly recommend this company, and will 100% be calling Alex again if I need any other repairs... you should too.

Called them to fix my dryer, great response time and repair time. They scheduled the appointment, came out and repaired the dryer. Technician provided recommendations on upkeep and maintenance on all the appliances in the home. Overall a great experience with courteous and helpful team, will definitely use them again in the future.

Alexander Is the best! He is extremely meticulous. He came to our house because we thought a chemical odor was coming from our refrigerator. He cleaned all the coils in the back, the evaporator in the freezer. He spent so much time trying to locate a smell he couldn’t smell. He did a complete maintenance overhaul. He was determined to find the smell and he did across the kitchen from the refrigerator. He is excellent we would not use anyone else. He knows his appliances!
