I have used them on a few occasions and have always been very happy. Once they fixed the shingles around a vent that was leaking (bad install job by someone else), and another time replaced a few shingles that blew off. In both cases the repair cost was reasonable and it was a quality fix. The person who replaced the shingles was really helpful, even explaining how I could do it myself in the future.

They came by today--only a few hours after I called!--because a different vent was leaking and offered to schedule a fix but also instructed me what I could try on my own at first to see if that solved it before they made an official repair visit. They are the only people I trust to actually fix a roof issue, unlike other companies who are primarily interested in selling new roofs.

I’ve been using Roof Therapy for years and they always do a good job. Other companies damaged my tiles and gutters. I’m always confident with Roof Therapy.

Jason at Roof Therapy has been helping us with our roof for years now. We have a complicated designed cement tile roof. Every time that we have needed help with cleaning or fixing a stray tile, Jason has been prompt and helpful! It makes me feel like I have a friend in the roofing business. Thanks Jason for your speedy help whenever we have an issue. You have kept my husband alive by keeping him off the roof!

Skip these guys. They left moss on my roof under a dormer eaves, saying it would come off on its own. They knew it was a lie so they knocked $100 off the price. That's the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1.

Came over to complete a job per quote. I was advised he could not complete the work as outlined and the price would be 3x the original quoted price.

I opted to pay the exorbitant amount for him to start a job and went with another roofer to complete. After paying that roofer and this company, it was still less than if I had stuck with roof therapy at the 3x price

Jason and crew thoroughly cleaned my cedar shake roof and came back later and applied a sealer that is guaranteed for 6 more years It looks great and they were very efficient and very professional They also put some new gaskets on my skylights I would definitely recommend them ! Good value! We are very satisfied!

The technician was great. His work was very efficient and the clean up was perfect.

Evenor did a fabulous job! He arrived early and completed the job beyond our expectations! He is a very hard worker, professional and friendly! I was very concerned about the mess (it was ALOT) as I was having a big party the next day. He assured me he would have it totally cleaned up... and he sure did! We couldn't even tell he had been here! (Well, except the roof no longer has moss lol). Thank you Evenor, you deserve a big raise!🙂

RT did a great job cleaning and repairing our roof and applying moss treatment. We were also impressed with how well they cleaned up all the dead moss and debris after the cleaning taking care not to damage any landscaping. If you need your roof cleaned we’d highly recommend you give these guys a call!

Yesterday I had my roof cleaned and treated by Roof Therapy. Technician was early. very professional and friendly. He did a great job in cleaning the roof, and excellent cleanup. I was referred to Roof Therapy by a neighbor who used them and was very happy with them. I will be passing on the referral. See you next year Roof Therapy!

Roof Therapy always does a thorough roof cleaning and they clean up after their service. I’ve used them for many years and would highly recommend them.

He worked well past dark with only a head lamp, was very courteous and answered any questions that I had, and my roof looks great! I also appreciate Roof Therapy's detailed approach to invoicing. I contacted several companies, and they're the only one who detailed exactly what I was getting, which is important to me and the professional way to do business. These guys are the best!! They were recommended by a roofing company to us and they did not disappoint! Our tile roof never looked so good!! Clean up was spotless! They also replaced 10 broken tiles. I have had others clean our roof in the past and it didn’t look this good and the yard and deck were left a mess. Highly recommend. Call them!
