Recently I woke up to a very cold home. I reached out first thing in the morning to SureTech, I spoke with Eric, he was able to squeeze my service request in same day. The serviceman Ty was very professional and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my heating system. They were able to get me up and warm again in about 4 hours. Thank you so much!

Shane and Ty, the techs, came over to fix a non-functioning furnace. They were professional, competent, and answered all of our questions. Shane offered to vacuum some insulation up before they left!

This was a 5 star experience! The techs Shane and Ty were amazing. They took the time to troubleshoot multiple scenarios and were able to get my system up and running. Their teamwork was great and efficient. Shane also went above and beyond in walking me through what the issues were and giving me tips on how to help prevent some issues in the future. Honest and informative made my service call a success.

Shane knows his business and was prompt and polite. I can’t wait to see him again for our repairs! I had no sense that he was trying to invent or inflate problems for a higher fee-I felt that he really cared about our safety and comfort. We just bought this house and are seeing many different techs to inspect systems- This company (and particularly this technician) is my best experience so far!

They did a great job removed and capped off the gas line from an old heating unit and had it done quick painless

We had Sure Tech heating & cooling come to our home cleaned our furnace system installed the new Halo LED air purification system and couldn't be happier. Our technician SHANE is very fast, knowledge and a pleasure to talk with.He explained everything well to us and we will definitely be using them in the future as our heating and cooling company.

Love my new mini-split, and SureTech! It is so refreshing to find a company that does what they say when they say they'll do it. During my initial appointment, Justin took the time to explain what size mini-split would work for me and just what to expect. Installation was just a few days later, and Shane and Ty were in and out in no time flat. I had considered a do-it-myself unit. But after seeing the care that Shane and Ty took, and how they mounted the exterior unit, I'm glad I left it to my professionals.

This is the first time in 69 years that I've had a heat pump and air conditioning, and loving it! Thank you SureTech!!
