I booked this company over the phone for a move out cleaning service well in advance of my move out date, but they were a no show. I called them twice to confirm the address as I waited for their arrival, but my calls went to the voicemail of their goole voice number. Once I realized I was going to have to clean the place myself, I called to let them know and still no answer. At this time, it is three days later and I have received no call backs or reason why they were a no show. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

Excellent job! Very friendly, professional staff. My carpets look brand new - I couldn't ask for a better cleaning service - I won't use any other company! My cabinets had not a speck of dust, inside or out , the bathrooms sparkled! Top notch!

I'm not sure how to these guys had all 5 star reviews, unless they were written by their employees. MopMen are by far the WORST cleaners I have ever worked with. They were contracted with us to clean half of the apartments at a large student apartment complex where I work, and I have never seen such poor cleaning from a group of so-called "professionals". Our employees had to go back through every room that they "cleaned" and re-do them. Sinks, toilets, and tubs were left full of grime, floors covered in dirt and, in some instances, clearly not even touched with a vacuum cleaner. Refrigerators and countertops were left looking greasy, and walls still were covered in dust. That's probably not even half of it.
Their boss, Chris, was incredibly rude any time a problem was brought to his attention and always tried to play a victim role to make himself look better -- not very good people skills in business management. I'm not sure how he gets customers acting like that. For example, we discovered a stretch of 5 rooms when we were doing our post-clean inspections that they had clearly not even touched. They were disgusting. He flat out refused to take any responsibility for this, and on top of that, refused to come back and clean any of the rooms since it was their last day on contract.
Bottom line: these guys are horrible. Unless you're looking for a cleaning crew full of lazy slobs, most of whom are probably convicted felons, who want to do as little work as possible... Do not hire MopMen.

Update: The company contacted me and sent their general manager to clean my home. Much better job the second time around.
This company is impossible to communicate with! I hired this company to do a “move-out” cleaning for a house I just purchased. The technicians arrived 15 minutes late for cleaning, and did not complete the job. The technicians didn’t clean inside a single cupboard, closet, or drawer as advertised, and I found a dirty cotton swab on the bathroom floor after they’d been there (I’ve never lived in the house yet!). The ceiling fixtures have dust hanging from them, and the window sills are still filthy. The technicians had no idea who I was supposed to pay, so I’ve called back twice with no response. This was a mess - literally. Photos to come. I already cleaned up after the cleaners and picked up trash they missed, but I hope they’ll return and finish this job the right way.

MopMen is easily the best cleaning service in town. I have a few puppies so my carpets were awful from learning to potty train, spills, muddy paws, etc. They came in and deep cleaned the carpets and they look brand new! I was amazed at how well the stains came up since I had tried some store bought stain removers with no luck! They were on time to the cleaning appointment and very professional. 10/10 recommend them!

We used MopMen for the two and half years we lived in Morgantown. Initially, MopMen was the only company to respond to my emails about house cleaning. That alone says alot about this company. The work crews were always on time, friendly and professional. You knew them by name and got to know them on a personal level. Nothing feels as good (or looks as good) as a professionally cleaned house. MopMen never disappointed. This company was always willing to work around our schedule and go over-and-beyond the basic cleaning services. I can wholeheartedly recommend this small business and the people who work there.

Recently used MopMen to clean our rental, and I can't think of enough great things to say about this company. Professional from the start, they did outstanding job cleaning the carpets as well as deep cleaning the entire house. I would recommend to anyone in need of these services.

I would recommend mop men to anyone. I used them prior to having real estate agents/management company come and evaluate my home which was furnished and the biggest compliment I got was how clean it was and that is was show ready now. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and how accommodating they were as I had to reschedule. They also were able to come when the roads were bad. They were very professional, wore masks, had clean equipment, and kept me updated as I trusted them in my home all day and when I had to leave. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using MopMen now for almost 3 years as the cleaners for my short-term rentals here in Morgantown. Always topnotch service, especially in emergency situations. We receive notes in reviews of how clean the units are from guests on a regular basis. Would recommend these guys for any type of cleaning service be it personal home, rental properties, commercial, they can cover it all with the utmost professionalism!
