Dan did a great job installing the Chase Cover on our chimney. It looks fantastic and blends in with the flashing on the other parts of the chimney. His communication about the job and his attention to detail was top notch! I would give Chimney Concepts my highest recommendation.

Devon Villareal was the tech from Chimney Concepts. He inspected our chimney and cleaned the pipes from our wood burning stove. He was friendly and professional. He answered all questions and was very thorough. We would highly recommend him and Chimney Concepts.

Dylan called to let us know he was running a little late. That was appreciated. Dylan did a great job inspecting and cleaning the fireplace. He checked the outside of the chimney from top to bottom. He found a small place at the top of the chimney that might possibly let some water in and caulked it to seal it. Dylan was friendly and explained every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Chimney Concepts. Everything from on-time arrival, to the meticulous way our tech completed his work and clean-up, to the actual work itself was excellent. Dylan is a true professional and it's clear he knows his stuff inside and out. Didn't hurt that he's a nice guy, either.

Chimney Concepts isn't the cheapest option but they fall into the category of "you get what you pay for".
