KB is excellent. Fast response. Great Pricing. He knows what he's doing and he's honest. Good luck finding that now days. Keith at KB has saved the day multiple occasions. Countless times I thought I would be purchasing a new appliance and Keith would repair my existing appliance quickly and cost effectively making my appliance like new again. If you want it fixed right, the first time, then call KB Appliance.

Keith assisted us with the repair of our fridge. We originally contacted a different repair tech, who had previously performed work on our fridge, but he no longer serviced our area. We had asked for a reliable reference from him to help us, and he provided Keith’s info. We contacted Keith, and he was able to promptly schedule an appointment to come and diagnose our fridge. The part was originally back ordered from the supplier, but Keith contacted us sooner than expected and was able to replace the part. The fridge appeared to be working and we settled payment and Keith advised if any problems to contact him.

We later discovered the fridge was not cooling as expected. We contacted Keith and he was able to come back to re-diagnose and confirm the error codes being displayed and contacted the manufacture to confirm what the other hardware component was most likely the problem. He stated the other component was also on back order, but he would try to find another source of the part and contact other repair technicians in the area that he has a relationship with to see if they happened to have the part on their truck. He called back, after about 30 minutes from leaving our house to inform he found the part from another tech on their truck. He came back and repaired the faulty component.

Keith advised that the first part that was replaced, was most likely not faulty and planned to replace the first part with the original. Upon inspection of the original part that was in the fridge he noticed a solenoid was broken on the board, and Keith was honest and stated he believes it was damaged during his initial removal. The second part that was replaced was cheaper than the first part. Keith refunded the difference of the cost between the two parts, even though both parts ended up being replaced.

It has now been two weeks, and we have had no further issues with our fridge. Keith was very knowledgeable and demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and a high level of integrity. We will be contacting Keith in the future if the need arises for any appliance repair.

Called and left message and Keith responded immediately. Came out next day, on time, and repaired our dryer quickly and efficiently.

Keith recently came out to take a look at our oven. He was prompt, thorough, professional, and had no problem answering all the questions I had. I will definitely use him again for any appliance repair needs!

The repair man (I forgot his name, maybe Keith?) was working on behalf of Sears for my broken dryer. He called about 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived when he said he would. He was very friendly, very efficient, and very kind. He was the kind of guy you wish all repair people could be like...good service with a smile.

Our dryer started making some, reached out to Keith and he was able to make it out in less than 24 hours. He made a quick assessment of the problem and was able to fix it within an 1.5 hours of his arrival. Even offered suggestions to help increase the life of our washer and dryer. We had Keith out to replace the rollers on our Samsung dryer a few months ago. Recently the dryer started making yet another noise so we called him out again thinking one of the bearings on the new rollers were bad. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case and the dryer was just starting to rattle and vibrate because it was old. However, Keith was nice enough not to charge us for the visit since it was within the warranty period for the parts. Thank you, Keith! We will use Keith again if a need arrises.

Keith knew what was wrong and gave us great advice on whether to fix the appliance or get a new one. In the end, he stayed longer than his estimate but did not charge us any more. He is very friendly and I would highly recommend him.

Easy to contact/communicate with and solved our problem affordably and quickly after another company told us we needed a new fridge after less than 10 minutes assessing the issue. Keith identified the issue quickly and explained it to us clearly. Highly recommend.

Keith is the absolute best! I texted him about a washing machine I had that stopped working. He diagnosed it quickly and gave me straightforward advice that it probably wasn't worth fixing and I should consider buying a new washer. He then took time to talk to me about which brands and types of washers would be the best fit for my family. What service! A seriously nice guy. Can't recommend him enough.

We called Keith regarding our broken washing machine. Keith was both responsive and very reasonable. After he walked through the problem and we agreed to the repair, there ended up being further (unforeseen) complications. Keith presented the options and let us know the best investment at this point would just be to buy a new washing machine. He only charged us for the diagnosis, even though he spent about two hours working on the washing machine and installing the new part. Great work and trustworthy, highly recommend!
