We are repeat Reon Rounds Tree Service customers. Last year, at our old house, they removed seven trees, two of them HUGE, so when we moved to a new house this year, we knew we had to have their help again. RRTS provides excellent communication, customer service, and the best equipment with the most skilled operators around.

Reon Rounds Tree Service provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. I hired them to remove a large hickory tree and an oak tree from my property, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

From the moment they arrived for the initial estimate, the team was professional and knowledgeable. They clearly explained the process, answered all of my questions, and provided a fair and transparent quote. On the day of the removal, they arrived on time and worked efficiently and safely. The crew demonstrated impressive expertise in handling large trees, carefully bringing down each section without any damage to my property or surrounding landscape.

Reon and crew were great! They took out my 80+ foot aspen tree with two cuts and it was in a hard to reach spot! They were very careful to not damage the lawn or any of the trees and shrubs that were close by. They were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours and cleaned up the yard and the street so you could never tell they were here! I loved that they turned off their equipment when they weren't using it so the noise was minimal and less pollution. Their price was very competitive, which was great! It was also fun to watch!

Omg. Reon and his crew are amazing. I have lots of trees and I have worked with lots of awesome tree companies in Madison but Reon’s was the only company that was willing and able to take on my very large job. He got back to me immediately after I called and came out several times before doing the job quickly and well. And they will be doing my neighbor’s frees as well. Easy to work with and affordable. And what a show!

From start to finish, this was a challenging job due to the massive tree's close proximity to the house and glass sun room. The entire crew was professional and personable. They were able to safely remove the tree and not damage any property. The cleanup was amazing and everything was left to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Reon's Monster Tree Removal!

Reon Rounds Tree Service has to be the go-to company for tree removal, especially when it comes to large specimens in difficult situations. Reon and his crew recently removed a four-foot-diameter silver maple from our backyard, lifting it, large piece by large piece, over a major impediment–our house–in less than a day. No parts of it ever touched the ground before reaching the street, leaving our backyard unscathed by wheeled vehicles or falling tree chunks. The footprints left by their huge Grove crane on our driveway and front lawn could not be distinguished from those of a Sandhill. After their amazing cleanup job, little evidence was left but a few specks of sawdust. The entertainment value of watching true experts–artists, really–at work was alone nearly worth the price of the project, which was less than the two other quotes I got. Five stars all around, guys!

A massive locust in my small backyard fell on my house and got branches tangled with the neighbor's power line. Reon and his crew made quick work of a difficult job and cleaned everything up really well. Highly recommended if you need a tough job done quickly and efficiently.

Reon and his crew were amazing!!! Not only did they do a fantastic job taking down our tree but they all were so friendly and fun. It was amazing to watch these guys in work. Very reasonable pricing for what is often very expensive work. We were very pleased with how easy it was to get a quote and how quickly the team was able to take down our three trees. Everyone was super professional and went the extra mile. They put down boards to protect our lawn after it had just rained. They also had to park in front of our house on garbage pickup day so they moved our bins without being asked to the other side of the street when they saw the garbage truck coming. We are just really pleased all around with the quality of service.

I got a quote from Reon on Thursday and they took the trees down Monday. I had a large tree by some power lines in a difficult spot and it was no problem for those guys. Can't say I know much about taking down trees, but the job they did was pretty impressive. They took down 2 large trees in my yard and 2 in my neighbor's yard in one day and cleaned everything up nicely. I really appreciated the quick service since I'd been messing around with quotes and people who didn't get back to me for months ( long story). I'd recommend Reon's to anybody looking to get a tree taken out.

I was incredibly impressed with Reon’s responsiveness, ease and cleanliness of the entire process.
My wife & I were stressed with a strict timeline of tree removal before a home improvement project.
I expected a much more hassle and time investment to have our 3 trees removed, and Reon massively exceeded our expectations.
He responded day of to our request, scheduled time to come for a quote, and provided an estimate to us all within a single day.
He then scheduled our tree removal within a week. No issues, no damage to our yard, and was finished with 3 trees and clean up within a few hours.

Kudos to Reon and his team, I’ll recommend him to anyone who asks me in future.

Reon and his crew removed a very tall and very dead Silver maple from my back yard this last month. Would not let anyone else do this considering the proximity to the house and the hazard of the tree removal. The quote for the removal was, I think, extremely fair considering the protection of the lawn, the cleanup they did and removal all brush. They came highly recommended , and I also give them 5 stars.

I called Reon for an estimate around noon, he called me back within 45 minutes, and was here to take a look within the hour. He would have been here within 2 days, but I had to schedule later in week, and he obliged. I had Reon and his crew remove 2 large ash trees front and back yard, and 2 large limbs overhanging my roof. They did a wonderful job! They are a very professional and pleasant crew. I was impressed with the care that was taken to prevent any damage to the lawn, plants, other trees and neighbor's fence. Spencer climbed the backyard tree and precision dropped limbs avoiding anything nearby.!! The equipment Reon has is most impressive and makes the job go efficiently and quickly.

Fast and exceptional service. Called Thursday afternoon and Reon came out 7:30 that night and gave us a fair estimate. Friday morning texted and said his crew could be there by 2:00 and we’re done by 6:30 Other than the trees being trimmed you would never even know they where there. Yard looks better than before they started.

They trimmed 3 trees that had become major hazards. 2 had branches contacting houses and 1 with branches growing thru power lines. Also a very dangerous limb that was split and rotting that was over the sidewalk and street. Spencer did a great job making the trees safe and look great.

When our gigantic Silver Maple near our house cracked, Reon Rounds was quick to respond to my plea for help. They were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. I appreciated how they clearly explained what the process would look like.

The team cleaned up after themselves (even moving my daughter's playhouse for us) and our lawn does not look like any machinery was driven on it. Would definitely recommend!

Reon and company were removing a neighbor's tree, though in our shared driveway. They noticed that one of our trees was also dying and gave us a great rate to remove it at the same time. Reon explained everything to us, answered all our questions and, as it turned out, the tree was pretty rotten once taken down. Real expertise! Professional, efficient, and no lies: our driveway is way cleaner after their visit than it was this morning.

We were in a pickle - bought a new house with three older maples we were excited about. Turned out those were 65 year old Silver Maples that needed to come down pretty quickly, due to cavities and rot.

We tried a few places - it was a hard job and no one wanted it: size, power lines, proximity to our house. Reon didn’t bat an eyelash. They offered quick turnaround on estimate, and did all three truly monster sized trees in one day, which was a miracle. The workers were all kind (one even saved a squirrel nest), efficient, well skilled, and well humored. 5/5 would hire again and recommend.
