My wife and I built our house 24 years ago and ever since it has gradually turned green on the north side and just dirty on the other parts. I found TKS Window Cleaning and Power Washing on line and gave them a call. Tim was very congenial and up front about what he would do and the cost during our conversation. I had my doubt because a couple of years ago I tried a couple of different products and got little or no results. So I was pleasantly surprised when he was finished. The whole house looked like new siding had been applied. I would recommend Tim and his company to anyone who is experiencing the embarrassment and uncertainty about the condition of their house and what to do about it.

The communication from the start was great. I had a specific date that we needed a cleaning for listing our house for sale. The two cleaners they sent did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with.

I didn't know how I was going to find the time to get the gutters cleaned. Tim came out while I was at work and did an amazing job. I got the invoice by email, so I didn't miss any part of my normal hectic schedule. None of the plants around the house were damaged. If it wasn't for the clean gutters I would not have been able to tell they were there at all. The gutters are running great now. Will definitely be calling Tim the next time I need work done. It was so easy and a huge relief to have it done so well.

We called about gutter cleaning in early December and they were able to complete the job a short time later. The crew arrived during their assigned time and did a very good job. We were very happy with their responsiveness and the ease of the job. I was concerned we waited too late into the winter to schedule. We will be using them in the future for gutter cleaning!

Did a great job on our house in prepstation for us having it painted. If we had known it would go so well, we would've had it done a long time ago. Our house was kind of a mess from having grass blown on it from our old lawnmower, and all the grass stains were cleaned off perfectly! He even cleaned out our gutters and did a great job on that too. No complaints at all!

Our house was in desperate need of cleaning after some construction in the area. I was concerned ( after reading about power washing the exterior,) about damage that could result from power washing. Tim explained his use of a soft wash which was a great relief. He was on time and complete the job beautifully. The place looks great. Can not speak about price as we do not have reference point but to us it was well worth what we paid. We will certainly use TKS again and refer to our neighbors and friends.

Great communication and very professional. They arrived on time and the 18yr old house looked new when they were finished. During the "Inspection" Tim said he noticed the back concrete slab had discolored over the years, so he power washed that too. That was a nice touch. We were very happy with them and would recommend them to family and friends.

I was very impressed with their work and would use them again. They did a great job cleaning gutters on a very difficult building that goes pretty high up (higher than any ladder can reach). I was worried they were going to have trouble since they did not have access to any exterior spigots but they got it done with no problem. TKS is highly experienced and professional.

TKS did a phenomenal job cleaning the exterior of my home. Professional, effective, and courteous! Prior to the work, Tim clearly explained what he was going to do and then after the job was completed, what he did (further demonstrated in before and after pictures). TKS made my 30 year old home look new!

My patio went from green to clean! My house and windows are amazingly clean! The gutters weren’t that bad I was told but still were cleaned really well! The employee was prompt and focused on the job! Last year I made the mistake of having someone else clean the house and concrete. It took 3 days and the green came back. TKS did the house, gutters, windows, patio, and concrete in 8 hours! It looks fantastic!

My windows and sills are sparkly clean. My ceiling fans are so clean. At 71, I’m too unstable on a ladder. It’s so nice to have everything clean. The workers were very nice and even asked if I wanted them to take their shoes off. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

I had my gutters cleaned. The team came on time and was very efficient. Also, I signed up for a premium package with the plan that they would do a less expensive one if premium was not needed. They did the less expensive one. That is a real tribute to their integrity! It would have been so easy to just me the higher rate.

The crew did an amazing job on cleaning a ceiling fan on a high ceiling and includes inside and outside windows, hardwood floor cleaning, cleaning wall and even carrying up a Christmas tree. First off, I would like to say that TKS got my business because they were the only ones to respond to any online quote or contact us form - we are in the digital age and they have that handled, very nice. They cleaned my gutters - scheduled a day very soon after reaching out. They actually had a cancellation and moved my appt up which was fine by me. One of the techs slipped a little while cleaning but they made sure to come and check on the gutter and make things right. Would recommend.

I had TKS out to clean my gutters before winter started and it was completely worth it. I had to convince my husband because he felt like it was something he could do himself, so why should we spend the money. However the price was very reasonable, and when they came they were kind, non-intrusive, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. If they hadn't stopped at the door I wouldn't have even known they were here and then the project was just done.. something that probably would've taken us a few weeks or even months to get to, and done in a way less quality way than the work of TKS.

Showed up on time, was finished and gone before we knew it! Our gutters were really really bad (small plants had started to bud in the dirt that was in there. My roof is also crazy steep and really high up. Nearly 30 feet) and they cleaned ALL the dirt and sediment out and cleaned all the downspouts out in a couple hours. They left no mess behind, and made sure all the backyard gates were closed when they left. This company provides a really convenient service at great price.

The team that came to our newly purchased condo were extremely consciences. They knew what I was expecting to get from them, and they totally came through. TKS has always done a great job on our gutters. They clean up after themselves so well. They are now starting to do Snow Removal which will be great too. I’m signed up already. Tim is very personable and I always love to work with someone local. Try them out!!

We hired TKS for gutter cleaning. Two men came to do the work and did a thorough job. I appreciated their attention to detail spraying off concrete, and bits of the house that had gotten debris on them. My 3 year old and 4 year old sons were thrilled to watch the action.
