We had some tornados pass through Verona that caused some water damage at an apartment complex that I manage. ServPro of Madison, WI has been the best company to work with to clean up after the storms and mitigate the damage. Tammy and Jason are incredible to work with, and I cannot say enough good things about them. Ray is also an incredible worker, keeps me updated with the process and timeline for repairs. They immediately brought in equipment to properly dry the apartment units that were water damaged, and are thorough with their treatment and repairs. I will also mention that they are extremely clean, put down plastic where they are consistently walking - very impressive. I cannot recommend ServPro of Madison, WI enough - Jason, Tammy, and Ray and their team have made the process easy and we will be using them again if needed.

I am very happy with the work that Servpro did for us when my basement flooded. The Servpro crew arrived within the hour and were very polite and professional! I was amazed at how fast they took care of everything. I highly recommend them!

Our refrigerator line sprung a leak and damaged our kitchen floor. Our lower level family room and bathroom had water damage as well. I’ve always seen Servpro Trucks in the area, so thought I would call them. I was glad I made the call! They were at my house in one hour! Explained everything and finished the work very quickly! We were out of town for a week and came home to find that we had a sewer back up.
I called Serv pro of Madison and they were just finishing up a job 50 miles, they showed up with 6 employees. They stayed at our house until the sewage was cleaned up, flooring and affected walls were removed and everything disinfected. Serv Pro had a lot of fans an Dehumidifiers to dry everything out. Serv Pro stayed in contact with us daily and helped us out dealing with the insurance company. I have my own business and have been around many other trades/ businesses. I am very impressed with Serv Pro of Madison, responsiveness, professionalism in communication, details to the smallest item. There equipment is top notch, employees are very polite and courteous. I am not an easy person to impress but it was blown away. I will not hesitate to call Serv Pro of Madison again. I will recommend Serv pro of Madison that needs a remediation company.

I called ServPro for mitigation from a bathroon flood incident. The start of the process was great, they came quickly and the tear out crew was quick, friendly, and professional. The problems started when trying to move beyond that point. A repair not associated with the flood was found and I was told by the project manager that I would receive a proposal "by the end of the day." That was November 9. Over the next 5 weeks, I asked for the proposal several more times and was consistently told "by the end of the day" with no apology or explaination for the delay. I've finally given up and will call another company. I'm left confused about how/why this was such a difficulty.

Beyond impressed with this company! Prompt, thorough, and professional! Our house needed a cleaning after an oven fire, and we were so happy with the service provided by the team. Everyone was very kind, we wish we could do more to thank them for getting our home back in order so quickly! Highly recommend!

Servpro of Madison helped out when Cedar Rapids was hit by a derecho storm where thousands of homes were damaged. The office staff were very helpful and kind, under stressful circumstances. The crew they sent got the job done efficiently (ceiling, wall, and flooring removal and drying) and in a timely manner (response within a couple days), which is critical when a tree has gone through your roof. They handled the insurance piece. A very positive experience with this office. Very appreciative of their professionalism.

I used SERVPRO for renovation cleanup. Most pleased with their staff who helped make the remodel project feel like a home again. They were professional and worked well with the timing. Within just a few hours my home was both clean and fragrant! Would use SERVPRO for future projects.

Be very careful when hiring this company. They are great at doing demolition and cleaning up but they are not a general contractor. I was on a job with them and they wanted to be a general contractor for the job and make their 10% off of all the subs but they didn’t want to pull permits. (Huge red flag). You want someone to watch their work and verify that they are doing it correctly and theire is no reason not to pull a permit. Hire yourself a general contractor or your own electrician and plumber and have serv pro do the demo and clean up.

How blessed we have been to have such a great team helping us navigate damage done from a pipe in our kitchen. Ray Garcia and Dave Hoeppner have been wonderful to work with. This is all new ground to us all and we've had a lot of questions. I highly recommend Serv Pro and this very capable and knowledgeable team. Thank you so much.

Coordinated with Alan in their office and he was professional and courteous. Put us in touch with Dave who fixed the water damaged ceiling and repainted it for us. He walked us through the process and explained how everything was going to happen. He was very patient and answered all my questions. The paint is matched perfectly and the ceiling looks like nothing ever happened! Happy to use them again in the future.

Servpro of Madison is a top-notch fire/smoke/water/etc. restoration contractor. Their project managers and on-site job technicians are well-versed in identifying and performing any/all emergency services needed to stabilize the impacted materials/environment, and they are equally capable of performing/coordinating any/all reconstruction work that might be needed to restore the affected property to pre-loss condition.

I Worked with Servpro on a tree damage issue, and from start to finish, they were top-notch from explaining how everything works with insurance to the final paperwork and billing. Thanks SP great job and great to work with you!

They seem to work as a well-greased gear. Many of our projects are completed in phases, they keep us well-informed about the progress of their portions to be sure we have adequate time for scheduling the later phases. I knew he had other much larger projects on his plate at the time with the flooding at the University but he still was quickly responsive and addressed my needs.
