O’Leary always does a great job serving my furnace, AC, and boiler. Great service - honest and thorough. Matt has been to my place a couple of times and he’s been great.

When I called on Monday morning, the earliest appointment that could be confirmed was for Friday afternoon but I was put on a list in case someone would come available before then. We then received a call on Tuesday morning advising that a tech would be available between 2 and 4, and he would text us when he was on his way.
We received a text from Dan at 2:07, and he arrived at about 2:15.
We went to the basement to inspect the water heater and discuss our options. Due to the fact that our heater was 11 years old, we decided to replace it, rather than just replacing the relief valve.
Dan explained the new installation requirements and provided an immediate quote.
He started work immediately and had a new tank delivered. His colleague delivered the new tank in a matter of minutes.
Dan started the installation at about 2:20-2:30 and had everything wrapped up before 4:30.
He left everything in very neat condition and provided a detailed receipt be emailed immediately.
We thank Dan and the Oleary office team for their quick, friendly, and professional service.

My business had a clogged sewer line emergency and Dan determinedly resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and despite the business having a tricky sewer line system, he managed to figure it out. I would recommend him and O’Leary plumbing to everybody!

Dan installed our new battery back up sump pump today and was on time, efficient, and answered all our questions. He stayed after installation and walked me through the app set-up and was incredibly helpful. We had a couple quotes for the system, and O’Leary was very competitive and made us comfortable through the entire process. Dan was extremely professional and courteous. We highly recommend!

A tech inspected our equipment and said it was good. Our tenants came home one day and the house was full of gas. We had a different plumbing/hvac company come in, and they were shocked. The equipment was so rusty that a chunk had clogged it. They said there's no way a previous tech could have missed it.

I posted this review somewhere, and the owner replied that they would "make it right" - which frankly I wasn't interested in. I just wanted to warn them and others. I never heard from them again.

I just learned that a relative used them, and the young tech put apart back in backwards after not being able to find anything wrong. So when they woke up in the morning their house was full of gas.

I have serious safety concerns about this company. Serious.

Jake was very professional in the way that he approached the leak in my basement and provide me lead times for a solution. I was also happy to hear that as a retired army veteran they were able to give me a military discount. He did a great job, completing everything and cleaned up before he left

This is our second time using O’Learys Plumbing and Heating, Inc. We are, again, 100% satisfied with the service from our technician Dan F!
He replaced the broken kitchen faucet and leaky drain. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. That goes a long way with us. Such a nice person too! We have some other items that will need a plumber and he was kind enough to give us a quote before he left. Thank you so much Dan! We will see you again!!

We had Dan, came home from vacation and no hot water! Dan came out within an hour and got it going until he put in the new one three days later. very nice and excellent service!

Nick did a great job! Timelines were real and met. He came up with a creative drain solution that saved the project. I will request him on my next job.

Called O’Leary plumbing to have kitchen faucets, outdoor faucet and reverse osmosis system updated. Both Jacob and Scott came out and worked on the installation of all. They are very good at explaining what they were doing, along with being very conscientious about making sure they had shoe protection on before coming into the house. Within two hours had it finished, cleaned up and ready to go. Would highly recommend.

On January 22, 2025 we had bursted pipes from cold freeze, Nick, Jake and a few others were taking care of the pipes as the damages occurred and had to return multiple times for two weeks, we were dealing with the fallout day by day. All of these plumbers were professional, handled the issues wonderfully, and very efficient, they do great work and we will definitely call them again for any future work, (hopefully no more catastrophies though) , everything was completed as needed so far and the company prices are very reasonable. So glad we found them!

January of 2024 - Jake came and did a numerous amount of plumbing repairs for our home we just purchased. It had a lot of neglect and a cracked water pipe in the garage which he also repaired! Very pleasant and respectful and we will have no problem calling O’Leary again for furnace and plumbing again!

I was having issues getting a plumber out to help with our sewer issues. Not only was O'Leary's able to come out right away for an estimate, but they were also able to schedule the service ASAP. Then, 2 days latter, when the issue returned, so did our technician Dan F. He came back out to fix the problem again, at no additional charge.

Jim was such a nice guy and did the work efficiently and properly! We had a dedicated line put in for our over the stove microwave. I hope we can continue to use Jim as our electrician! 5 stars 😊

Dan arrived on time. He was very pleasant and communicated well. Was very willing to listen to me and answer my questions. He quickly diagnosed my problem which was being aggravated by another plumbing problem which if he had not found would have caused more headaches in time.

Called new years eve morning with a backed up kitchen sink clog that I was unable to clear. They got me in first thing that morning without a last minute rush fee or surcharges related to holiday. Able to clear and repair what they had to disassemble to fix problem right away without issues and came in well under the estimate for repair. Keeps me coming back to them tear after year with house updates and repairs. Trusted them for all our housing needs for half a decade and will continue coming back.

Justin and his helper from O’Leary removed and installed FTVN110 Residential Condensing Gas Boiler. They showed up on time and it took them about 4 1/2 hours from start to finish. Justin went over the boiler with me and answered my questions. Both Justin and his helper were very professional.

Plummer Nathan was great to work with. He was prompt, polite, & fixed our sink/drain issues quickly. His honestly saved us money by not having to replace our faucet system. Thank you!

Dan was a savior that day. I had previously called a different plumber to unclog the drain in my bath tub. They were not able to get it done and suggested that the walls may have to be opened to get to the clogged pipe. They referred me to O’leary plumbing to see if they could get it done. Dan from O’leary came in and got the job done without having to cut the walls opening. Thanks for the great job!

Great, prompt, and HONEST! Needed them for a same day issue because we had no water while the issue was resolved. Dispatched quickly and professionally. Cannot recommend them enough!

Scott is very knowledgeable and explained how the iron filter system works and how to operate the system. His plumbing work was top notch, the copper lines looked excellent. A true professional.
