It was a great experience working with JC Cooling and heating. They explained the whole process in detail. We own a bed and breakfast in Janesville and had them install a new boiler to heat our 3800 sq. Ft. Historic house. I would recommend them in the future to people that ask about a heating company. Thanks for all your workmanship on our place.

Incredibly knowledgeable! Explained the products and options available with a brake down of advantages and disadvantages. Installation was smooth and the installers were careful to ensure there wasn’t a mess when they were finished. We are super satisfied with our new heating and AC.

Was VERY pleased with the service and install of our new furnace this week! From the inspection/diagnosis to the time of the replacement, the staff stayed in contact with us the whole way. Wesley (I think was his name) who originally inspected the furnace was SUPER polite, very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. He talked me through what we would likely need as far as the new furnace went, and we had a quote by email by the end of the day! The gal in the office stayed in contact by phone and email, and the quote came in at half the cost of another company, and was very fair! The install guys today were pretty quick (only took about 3 hours to completely finish the job), and they also made sure all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend this company! ~Very pleased new customer

I called to have an estimate done and the owner came out and gave a quote day of. We took the weekend to think on it and called Monday and got the ac Friday. The two gentlemen who put the ac in were very friendly and great with my 3 large dogs and two kiddos. My husband and I are very pleased with the service provided and recommend J.C. Heating and Cooling Inc. Plus the ac has been working great! 👍🏻

They did a very nice professional job and even sent pictures of a before and after.

I get the distinct feeling that the hvac company I have used for years was charging for work not done - but JC is above board. Plus, they treated my wife respectfully when they were there.

Wesley was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything and answered any questions I asked. He fixed the problem quite efficiently.

I’m more a do it yourself homeowner, there are very few contractors I call or use and JC is the only choice HVAC for me and the only one I ever recommend.

Earlier this year, I contracted JC to replace my home's 40 year old furnace & water heater with new, high efficiency units. I received 5 estimates for work & was most confident with JC.

Jason's crew completed the work in 1.5 days. I value quality & professionalism & Russell & McCulley (installers) exceeded those expectations. Wires are neatly routed & secured, plumbing is perfectly level/parallel, no "machine gun pattern" with screws/fasteners. They even swept up the mess from the install.

You can tell this company has a good culture & takes pride in their work. The best part about everything, is that my utilities bill is half the cost now!

Fast response to getting my estimate and he was honest plus he explained to me something I hadn’t understood from one of his competitors. The price was better than the two competitors from whom I had gotten estimates. Setting up installation was easy, they arrived when they said they would, and making payment was easy! Great service!

Service technician did a thorough inspection and determined there was corrosion within the furnace drainage system causing a backup and producing system error and shutdown. After cleaning and reassembly, the furnace was fully operational.

J C Heating, took care of me again, by repairing a leak on my boiler. Always great to work with. Great job guys!! 😁

Our furnace would stop.....then in the middle of the night would start up again...only to shut down again shortly after....all on the coldest nights of below zero temperatures. Within a half hour problem was identified and corrected. Going to sleep well tonight thanks to J.C.Heating and Cooling!

They did a great job and were able to get our furnace back up and running on the coldest day of the year. Only 4 hours from my initial phone call they were already down with the repair!

Service tech arrived quickly and replaced fault igniter. He had the replacement part with him and completed the repair in about 15 minutes.

JC Heating & Cooling was professional, thorough and budget-friendly. I work from home, and they were so quiet coming and going from the basement, that I wouldn’t have known they were there if I didn’t know. Lol! Our new furnace is so quiet, we can hardly tell it’s running. And the new thermostat has leveled out the temperature on the two floors. We can’t wait to give the new A/C a spin when summer comes.
