Our relationship started out great, however when we paid top $$ to install a new Bradford white water heater things went south. It began leaking out the bottom right away. Problems continues and eventually the entire staff ghosted us. No returned communications, no followup. Bad business.

Be very careful when you hire them to do any work in your house. Things can go missing unless you spend the extra money to put up cameras in your home or have the time to just watch them work the entire time.

We discovered that the shut-off valve between the well and our 3 season cottage was leaking after closing it and blowing out the pipes for the winter. Had this not been fixed we would have surely had frozen/broken pipes by the end of winter. I contacted S&S on a Friday and they arrived first thing Monday morning with a backhoe to dig up and replace the valve. By noon the valve was replaced and the hole filled in. Our bill was well below what we expected. I would recommend them without reservation.
